ExitLag is committing borderline fraud. I bought 1 month of it, and cancelled it - which should have cancelled my entire subscription. I received an email that said I would not incur any future charges, and I can get the service for 30d and be done with it. A month later, I got charged again. I made support ticket, and the agent who replied was very unprofessional and told me I resubscribed the SAME MINUTE I cancelled, and showed some log to prove it. I replied that it was obviously impossible for me to cancel my subscription and immediately reactivate it within the same minute, to which they have fully ignored me for 2 days.

Their service is a sham, although I was stupid enough to buy it so I am not leaving the bad review because of that. If you search up online, many people have the same experience of getting double charged for months on end - especially those who don’t check their banking statements.

This cannot be legal and is pretty much fraud, it’s insane that they have gotten away with it for this long. Unreal.

Has a Varity of games it boost.
Has good system features to help boost game and system.

Cons:
- Customer support not 24/7
-may Betray trust.
- they seem to think they can take money when they want,rather than the Annual date assigned by invoice which both parties seemingly agreed on.
-They cancel your subscription if you do not have an active card on it (which allows them to do the action above)

I might look for another organization because if i can't trust you to follow a contract that you Made..how can i give you access to my funds?

Predatory auto renewal that charges you before your subscription expires to prevent you from cancelling. Support refuses to refund and the second charge is more than the initial one

Did improve my ping some 20-25 ms from 60 some to 44 ish. The game in question however rainbow six siege x is now crashing continuously to the point that I can't even play the game anymore.

Exitlag is a gamechanger, ping went from 30 - 10. Game is way quicker and smoother now. Absolutely worth trying out!

got 30 day free trial from discord and i tried it out, one of the worst products ive ever tried, wouldnt be surprised if it was a virus, my windows explorer is now broken, cant even open folders

when i first used it it made my computer stay in the load up screen for hours before letting me in, and even now i finally managed to install it i still get buggy settings, and my internet is 25% slower now

worst lag tweak product ever, i would recommend not using any

even when i contacted support (made a ticket with their discord) i was told to contact microsoft?? as it was a windows problem?? bro my computer has never recovered

im considering just factory reseting at this point

GUS is amazingly wonderful during our conversation. He was able to address everything and he did it swiftly. That's one trait of CS that we consumer would like to have.

Did not gave a solution, just left and closed the ticket

Claimed one month for free, installed it, used it and lost internet connection on pc, and it doesnt want to restart...

Just dont make my mistake

TERRIBLE experience with this software. Saw a free month trial in my discord gift inventory and decided to try it just for review reasons (I personally only get 20-50ms ping on my games so I didnt need the product, just wanted to see if I should recommend it to people). INSTANTLY my apex games went upwards of 1000ms ping constantly, only dipping down to 50 for a few seconds. Another weird thing is ALL my apps were affected, not just the processes I created new routing for. Discord, apex, opera, EVERYTHING. To make matters EVEN worse, these issues persisted for me even after fully uninstalling all traces using RepoUninstall. In the event that this is all a crazy coincidence and exitlag has nothing to do with this I can easily take this down and post an update, but so far this product has been my personal nightmare when it comes to working with internet. Also my trials were card free so I believe they might have fixed their subscription policies, but I never got to that point so I cant say for sure.

I got it with the discord free trial and wanted to see if it helped with anything,I already have a good connection.Their servers crashed on me almost every 20 mins and I got packet loss in almost all important moments(playing Apex) as per performance I noticed it dose 0 I already have a pretty good pc but did not see even 10 fps better with the game boosters actually they "fked" my pc,every time I booted up all my apps went unresponsive for the first 2 minutes and after tweaking with the sartup apps exitlagg was the problem I.I understand this app is for the people with bad connection but it should not have this many problems if u have a good connection and if they reply it is for bad connection that is bullshit,if it cannot work on stable connection it will be even worse on unstable ones.Oh And the site was down every 5minutes when I tried downloading it but I am not counting that in my rating,i am rating only the network problems.

It did nothing to improve my FPS and Ping. I ran a lot of the tweaks (all of them), tested stuff and no difference.

As a tech enthusiast I know that RAM and storage upgrades are the best ones to make your system faster.

If your computer is running slow, I'd suggest switching to Linux if you're already not using it, but it isn't necessary if your computer runs Windows or MacOS smoothly.

Warning: if you switch from MacOS to Linux you won't be able to return to MacOS.

It didn't do anything to improve my ping either, like I mentioned in the review.

Depends alot the user that uses ExitLag cause for some it will not work or work So its a mix also I should love to add that I do love their Website and everything but price for a software to fix ping is kinda ehh. I should preffer a seperated free version that lowers ping only and the premium option pay for like 3,99 dollars or whatever price. Overall 4/10
