I got a gap check and they told me they paid off the entire loan except I owe my deductible and I’ve been paying 3 months in bc you guys took until April to get over the Paperwork and filed with back neglect. I have been paying 573 for three months and guys never back dated my check back to date of loss. And you guys say I still owe 2k. I want this disputed and looked at asap!!!
