Recently transferred my NBN service…
Recently transferred my NBN service over to these guys on their $80/m plan and the process was so smooth. I got home and it had all merged across but I didn't have any internet, however their support team work pretty late and were able to get it sorted for me straight away. Ran a speed test and was amazed to see that it was as fast as advertised. I've already recommended them to my mates.

Provider not worth
Please save your self some time and don’t fall for the offer they advertise.
After using it for quite a while I can say that I’m completely unhappy with their service and customer support.
The network disconnects often and no one responds on your issue.
When tried to disconnect they asked for a months notice pretty unusual for me and support team says the network issues happens with every nbn providers.
Please save your self.

Service speeds are at - or exceed Exetel's stated limits for the new 500/50 plan. Very impressive. Peak hour performance is not degraded at all. Rock solid. I hope the very "set and forget" competitive pricing of $80 per month can be maintained long term.
Customer service (Kehara) promptly sorted out a billing issue that was of my own making. So I'm very impressed with Exetel so far!
