Shockingly bad

Shockingly bad. Buying a Samsung product from them and they kept telling me to take it up with Samsung, even though they are the seller. It is a month since I first emailed and the phone is still is sat in its box waiting to be returned.
Consumer court is the next option coming soon.

This has been the worst experience with Exertis for Samsung

This has been the worst experience with ordering from samsung ireland, I preordered their new flagship S26 Ultra and received it on the 10th of march, i then noticed a speck on the lens of the back camera and shipped the phone back to exertis (this company handles samsung orders). First of all, for a new flagship to have a manufacturing defect is just so not reasonable, i am questioning if they do quality checks. There is also no proper samsung store in Ireland, that you can just go to, on top of it the customer service in exertis is just like going through a nightmare. It is 24th of March and i still don't have my replacement on me.

After they received the phone with the camera defect on 16th March, i told them to update my number when they dispatch the replacement and they said that they will do so, On 23rd march i asked samsung where the replacement is and that i have received no tracking ID from DPD Ireland.
Samsung gave me the DPD tracking ID, I went to check and it said that they already tried to deliver twice but couldn't reach out to me, I directly called dpd and found out that samsung never updated my number and all this while dpd was reaching out to the wrong number. I then got my number updated directly with dpd, today i reached out to dpd because the parcel wasn't out for delivery and it showed the status " your parcel is held at the depot", which mostly happens when they have attempted delivery but it failed or if the order has been refused. The customer representative gave out to me on the call saying they tried delivering twice and then i had to explain the whole situation with samsung and then they said that they don't know when the order will be delivered to me very bluntly.
