I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Exeltel Limited.

I first approached David in 2020 when I needed a landline phone number for my business. He was helpful and found the best deal for me.

Then when I needed Broadband for my new office, he was amazing and sourced me a fantastic deal, he also changed my phone package to one that made sense to what I then needed.

When the electricity kept going off in the street one day, repeatedly knocking off my internet - Exeltel quickly contacted me and asked if everything was OK with my internet. Now, THAT is what I call customer service!

5 stars, but I wouldn't hesitate to award more if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exeltel provide us with a voip service and we couldn't be happier with the service. Everything has been explained thoroughly and the David has great knowledge and understanding of how the phone system needs to work for our business.

I was looking for a reliable broadband service and came across Exeltel. I have now been with Exeltel for almost 12 months but always wait to post a review until I’ve tried and tested so here goes 😊
Installation process 10/10 easy and straightforward. Service 10/10 like any provider I expected some problems along the way which I did occur in February but I’m pleased to say it was resolved and fixed within 20 minutes to my surprise. Communication 10/10 Easy to contact if you need out of hours service and all communication is backed up with an email :) Great service, Great speeds and friendly service cannot recommend enough.

If only all companies handled customer service like these guys. Literally nothing is too much trouble. The products are excellent, extremely competitively-priced and they can't do enough to help. I couldn't recommend them more!

I was looking for a new broadband and voip provider, the team at Exeltel did not only provide me with my internet, but also provided me with horizon and mobile for a really reasonable price so I could work from home. The service was excellent and was really quick !
