Despite several other complainants in the area, I personally, cannot say anything against Excom. The only negative in my eyes is the issuing of a ticket no. and then, if you recontact the company, a new no. is given, why I do not understand. Confusing.

We love that we can have the internet…
We love that we can have the internet out on temporary hold when we are back in UK and resume it when we come back to Spain
Unfortunately we do suffer from low speeds in the el pinet area and have quite a bit of buffering
Also when we receive communications from excom it is always sent in Spanish even though they are aware we are English clients so we have to Google translate what the message is about
