Worked with Ben and Vickie who are great at what they do.
Ben went through every step of the process so we understood what was going on, as first time buyers with no real knowledge this was incredibly helpful and there were no silly questions with him.
Vickie was great at keeping us updated after we had agreed on our mortgage and also helped us out on our closing day after we had some issues with solicitors!
If you are unsure whether you need a mortgage broker, you do, and it's this one.

Ben is extremely knowledgable about his industry and the products available. He was straight up and clear which I really appreciated. He advised me well and oversaw the process through until the mortgage was offered.
Vicky is lovely and supports Ben with the administrative side of the application although she doesn’t seem to be as knowledgeable about the ins and outs and it’s often necessary to speak to Ben about any more detailed questions.
At times it was really difficult to contact Ben or Vicky and I waited a long time for responses for them which was frustrating. It’s a shame because it would have been a five star review otherwise - they just seemed to be overwhelmed with cases.

Brilliant service, full of up to date knowledge and will definitely be working with Ben and Vicky again in the future.

Ben and his team are fantastic. Being a first time buyer, I wasn’t familiar with the process and had a lot of questions. Could not recommend Kelly and her team highly enough! My partner and I were first time buyers and a bit lost with the process but Kelly was able to guide us through and keep us on track.
