While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Rip off!
Paid for item, not received, emailed but no reply, now going through PayPal for return of money, sham company
We have sent now 4 emails and don't get any respond. We want to return the order, but don't know how. When we send an email what we should do, but no response. Anybody any idea? This is nok.
I orderd one of their cases and my case didn’t even fit in my key. They pretending to sell good cases but al of their cases you can find on Temu and Aliexpress. So dont buy their products! It’s Chinese quality and you will wait exact the same shiptime if you order it from Temu and Aliexpress you will get it for 10 times cheaper for the same product! The service is shit because i couldn’t get a refund or anything. Just bad communication.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake.
False Delivery Claims – I placed an order, and the company claimed it was delivered. However, I was home the entire day, and no one came. No package was left in my mailbox, at my door, or with my neighbors.
Zero Responsibility – When I contacted customer service, they simply told me to "check my mailbox and surroundings." Even after multiple follow-ups, they refused to take any responsibility or properly investigate where my package actually went.
Terrible Customer Support – Instead of actually helping, they keep giving vague responses and refuse to check with the courier service about who supposedly received my package. They don’t even provide a solution or offer a refund.
No Reliable Shipping Service – A good company should use trustworthy shipping services, but clearly, they don’t care about that. Even if I had to pay extra for a better delivery option, I would have done so. But now, I’m left with nothing.
Scam-like Behavior – They take your money, fail to deliver your order, and then act as if it’s your problem to solve. This is unacceptable, and no real business should operate this way.
If you’re considering buying from them, DON’T. They don’t care about their customers, their delivery process is unreliable, and if something goes wrong, you will be left with nothing. Stay away and spend your money with a company that actually values its customers!
