No refund of security money
The company at the time of buying the service said that the 2000 rs taken as the security will be refunded after 30 days of service discontinuation and return of the wifi router. on 22nd May when I got the service discontinued they said that the security deposit will be refunded after 60 days and it is mentioned on the website. Again after 60 days they are still not refunding the security deposit and the keep on on hold for 1 hour and do not respond to my calls and say that the ticket is raised and you will get your money soon.

worst service ever your customer care executives have no manners to talk and one of the customer care executives has spoken so informant... seriously?. Everyone continues to lie and make me wait for 30-45 minutes and then I lose my tolerance and throw my phone and smash it to the wall! You guys are acting like frauds! It's a shame that you're such a large company.
False hope given on booking new connection
I had booked a new Connection on Saturday 22nd July 2023 ticket # 157647....It was a horrible experience. No ownership by anyone.... I had to call the marketing person who gave me false hope that my Connection will be installed on 23rd July 2023... Every time I call the customer service they used to tell me I am escalating the issue however there was no update from anyone from your company....when I asked the customer service that I want to speak to supervisor then that representative would transfer my call again to marketing team and this goes round and round.... one of the representative just muted himself and I was left with no one to speak.... Also the representative provided me with Ahmed Hussain number he himself was clueless.....Other representative gave me Yogendra Singh number who was area sales manager.... Yogendra Singh didn't answer and when I called the third time he disconnected my call. I booked Connection as someone referred this company. I am completely disappointed with this type of service and will never recommend Excitel to anyone. ... This type of attitude and business strategy would be a disaster to Excitel.... I hope someone at the Top... CEO or some senior leader if any would look into this. .. I was lucky that I got my refund as there was disparity when the customer service said that Excitel will not refund my money.... Also I would rate this company without any star..... Hopeless Company-Excitel.....

Had a word with ( customer care executive) multiple times You guys are just useless. Looks like Not interested in refunding my money. Asking for my account details multiple times, which I have already shared multiple times through various mediums i.e. on call, myexcitel portal, email etc. still you guys are asking for account details. WHY?
It just take 2 minutes to transfer 2000 rs in this digital world. However excitel has already taken 11 months. Still neither customer care executive not the technical/backend team are able to refund the amount. Moreover when I ask for a fixed date and time by when the refund will be credit, no one in excitel company is able to reply.
Also I am not able to understand what you guys want to talk to me. What is the requirement. I have provided my account details, excitel needs to refund Rs 2000. Then what is the requirement of call?
Please make it clear if excitel does not want to refund the amount.
And if refund will be done, give me exact date and time by when I will get it.
Mis-selling and Frequent disconnection with longer resolution period. Pathetic customer support.
I was promised for broadband speed of 400 Mbps but I am getting only 150 MbPS of speed. Within 23 days the internet was not available for 4 days without which I couldn't complete office deliverables.
Every time I raise a ticket, those were closed without resolution by customer support. Rather customer support should be called as customer pain.
Excitel was a pain and only mentally harasses customer.

Worst service
I have applied for connection shifting as I had shift to another location within 1.5 km . It's already been 10 -12 days and no solution got from their side and I am still waiting for the connection shifting.If i contact to the customer support and always they tell that we will update in the ticket to take action urgently to solve your issue and outcome is no result in next day. I can say I have really bad experience with Myexcitel service .

This excitel Internet service is not good and do not deposit ur advance amount or security to this company ...After frustration in their service....u will not recharge and then After submission of ur device i.e wifi router.... They will not return ur Deposit even after many request to their customer care.
I am currently facing this problem...and they are making multiple excuses or delays in providing me the return of securtiy amount of Rs. 2000.

Very very worst service.... I don't know about other excitel users am writing this review what i faced. The router GX make it takes more than 10 to 20 minutes to get connected with the internet some tume more than 40 minutes and some times it will get disconnected how you can confirm that it is connected or not their is a LED for internet indication if LED is glown internet is good if not no and in my mob it shows no internet connection and in my tv too internet am facing this issue currently from past one week am complaining about this issue no proper response from them.

Very bad customer experience ever...team has promised to install a connection on saturday i.e.(24 june) but they are unble to get connection till now ...and not answering my call and cut call in between ...now they said me we are unable to provide connection.
Pathetic service
I opted the excitel broadband after Act fiber
Earlier the plan was of 100mbps and speed was good
But they itself converted it to 200 Mbps with rs. 700 per month
But there is no constant speed never up to 100mbps even . Some time only 10mbps.
They will never provide any service after installation.
If you raise a ticket it will be automatically closed after few hours without any resolution. Please don't go for excitel and don't waste your money on it. Try some other broadband services other wise you will be in hell.

Patethic customer service and false promises
I got excitel installed last week, I opted for 6 months internet 200mbps plan with 300+ channel with landline number as per advised plan details by executive but i was offered only internet with on & off internet and TV channels was advised to watch through application, which is not possible as I am using basic TV and executive didn't advise me to have smart TV and no landline offered which was offered during sale and customer service is pathetic.

Excitel is the worst service provider. Representatives doesn’t want to help and solve the issue. Everyone just mug-up the same line and keep on saying the same thing. Even after 3 days issue not solved and no one wants to solve it as well
Never ever opt for Excitel
Never take their service.. especially if you are living in Delhi or working from home. Frequently it will be out of service especially in day i.e during office time. I live in aya nagar, Delhi and I am very frustrated with the service I am getting here. Once you have paid your monthly fee, even the guy who has installed this whole set up won’t pick your call. Better to go for Airtel or Jio.
Poor service
My connection is down from last 6 days still how much time will it take I don't know. Very poor coordination between customer service executive and maintenance team.
