They are very careless and adamant in refund cases of deposit. I terminated my connection, handed over instrument long back I.e more than 6 months ,still today my refund case is pending, Inspite of several requests .
Network is good but service is not

I had raised a connection shifting request on 02/09/2024 and the ticket is still pending. The customer care gives fake promises and assurances. They have no professionalism, no work ethics, is rude, ignores the complaints. The worst service provider ever. Some of the people who lied that I can remember are Vivek, Vijay, Bhuvaneshwari. Never take this ISP. It's a scam. They don't even deserve a 1⭐.

Founder of this company is running a scam when i asked for relocation of wifi they asked to pay 500 to guy who will come i asked them i need gst invoice they said that is not possible we can only give you recipt,they are scam people and no other broadband charges for relocation of wifi

big fraud by excitel, scaming prople, pathetic services hope i could rate they -10 & they have removed there google rating by paying to google,because there reviews are really bad due to which there would be getting affected i will post this on every platform

Very bad service. My connection isn't shifted even after 20 days and still they are saying it's on high priority.

Worst service provider, if you are in gurgaon and your technician in Kuldeep you are screwed.

Excitel service has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying for OTT services ten days ago, they have yet to be activated. Every time I contact customer service, they promise a call back from their technical team within 24 hours. Even customer service arguing. some of OTT services are not working. Amazon prime they claiming for 2 devices but some of the devices are not at all working like Laptop, tablet etc.

No internet, worst connectivity, only money waste. Worst company ever. Company's Local vendors are sinister. I got the connection for my study.

I disconnected excitel and installed airtel. The service for excitel was not good at all. You will have connection issues frequently. The speed is not optimal. They show 100 Mbps, but then 3 devices were not able to play youtube at same time. My airtel on the other hand plays youtube on 5 devices for same 100 Mbps. When reported the issue, the Excitel support staf did not fix it and customer support only do fake promises. Also, my security amount was not refunded, I waited for 60 days and now they say 30-45 working days more as there is glitch on their end. Also, the agent stopped respond when I asked to connect to manager. This shows how fake this company is.

Points to be noted:
1: The speed they show after installation is not real. You buy 100 Mbps or 200 Mbps, all works the same. Also, I have seen youtube videos and found that companies shows fake their internet speeds.
2: Customer support does fake promises.
3: The security amount will not be refunded. My friend has the same issue as me almost 1 year before and they say that there is technical issue. Seriously, for how long?? 🤔

team is very lazy and irresponsible, taking too much time to resolve minor issue taking 48hrs while weather is clear and good. very shameful for excitel company.

Very poor service.. never ever buy this service. Very frustrating and not helpful customer service at all. I have submitted termination request before a month and no one has collected device yet.. calling to customer service almost daily and still no positive outcome..

Worst support and they haven't refunded the installation amt

The worst internet experience you would face is with Excitel. I have disconnection complaint raised since a week now, and there's no fix yet.

Not any response from 24 hours wifi is not working network issue ...very bad service ...third class company ..

Not even 1 star. Always getting internet issues and waiting for at least 8-10 hours before they can restore the services. Excitel is the worst broadband company I have ever seen. Frustrating experience by trusting them. Useless service provider. Never go for the cheap offers made by them. They take less money by calling it economic plans and the services are below the lowest standards. Waste of money. Better you give that money to Airtel, Jio or Tata and enjoy seamless internet all the time. Excitel is only full of outages and no improvement ever.

Excitel is worst broadband ever, their customer Support team and escalation team are helpless and they never help cx with any solutions. They only tells their customer to wait and don’t even take any follow up. Useless customer Support and worst company ever. I will ever use this again and will never recommend this to anyone.
