Refund Not Received After Product Was Cancelled

I placed an order on excellentsneakers.com in April 2025 and paid €137 via my Belgian bank account. After waiting for over a month with no delivery, I contacted the company. They informed me that the item was out of stock and promised to refund my money.

However, it has now been more than three months, and I still have not received any refund. I have followed up multiple times, but received no satisfactory response.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I am requesting an immediate refund of my €137. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will continue to report this company to consumer protection agencies and leave public reviews warning others.

I can provide proof of payment, order confirmation, and messages exchanged with the company if needed.

Please resolve this matter urgently.

Sneakers not received. Company not available for follow-up.

Sneakers ordered on 15th July. At time of ordering they were in stock and would be delivered within 1-2 working days. After the order confirmation, no further messages received. Company does not respond to e-mails and no phone number on the website. @ExcellentSneakers - where are you? Just fulfill the order and send the sneakers I ordered or give me my money back.

It's a scam

It's a scam, I have ordered a pair of Adidas Samba on the 8th of June 2025. After the email confirming the order nothing happened. After 10 day I received an email canceling the order, refund would be done in 3-5 days.
I have never received the money back.
This company is a scam, don't buy, anything from them.

Ordered a pair of adidas shoes

Ordered a pair of adidas shoes. Seller has cancelled the order because of delivery issues. Now waiting for my money for more than 6 weeks. Seller postponed five times returning the paid amount. I reported internet fraud with the police.

Here an update. Within a couple hours after below message from seller, I received the full amount on my bank account. I will also retract the police report.

No Payment for sales, Not recommended!!

I had many deals with him in the past above 5k+ deals. Before I get to the negative points at first Fouad was a very nice person, his answer time were very good and I got my payments on point or a little bit delay but everything was fine. But now he ignore me for more then 1 month and not pay me for the shoes I sold him. So yeah at the moment I would not buy/sell anything from him because he is not honest to you and lie into your face. Unfortunately, I now have to take legal action against him :(. Otherwise you dont seem to get an anser 👍

to be avoided by sellers

We made a deal on April 8, 2025, I shipped the item on April 9, 2025, and since then I still haven't received my bank transfer. The buyer Fouad from Excellent Sneakers on WhatsApp keeps pushing back the deadline and not sending the bank transfer. I've been waiting for my payment for over 2 months already...

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I am not even sure they exist!
Don’t ever order with them.
I am waiting for weeks for the sneakers from new balance that I bought at 166€.
I reached out to their customer service and I did not even get an answer!!
Why are companies like this don’t get caught sooner!
I’m not going to leave this and I will go to court for this!!!

I ordered shoes with 1-2 days delivery…

I ordered shoes with 1-2 days delivery time, didn’t get an e-mail after 1 week. Then after a lot of e-mails i got one saying that they didn’t have my shoes so my money would be back within 3-5 working days. Almost 2 weeks have passed and still no money back. Got an e-mail today saying they have unforeseen problems in the financial department. Second time this has happened to me. Terrible company unless i get my money tomorrow.

Scam

Scam ! I sold sneakers with the buyer which is Fouad on WhatsApp, he still told me that the situation about payments for seller is going to be better. I’m still wiating for my paiement concerning 2 shoes that i sold 3/4 months ago.

Avoid at all cost this compagny, as buyer you won’t receive anything or id you receive, ot’s your lucky day, moreover if there is a problem with your order, return or refund, they don’t have money to pay you back. It’s a SCAM. They don’t pay shoes that they are selling and the situation is like this since 4 months.

Very disappointed – no response and no delivery

I placed an order for a pair of shoes, with the website stating a delivery time of 1–2 working days. After this timeframe had passed with no updates, I tried to contact customer service, which claims to respond within 24 hours. I received no reply.

I then decided to cancel my order and submitted a cancellation request through the same customer service system. Again, I waited 24 hours – still nothing.

As a last attempt, I messaged the company on Instagram and waited another 24 hours. No response there either.

It's extremely frustrating to be left in the dark like this with no communication at all. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Bad Experience

Bad experience with Excellent sneakers.
I sold 3 shoes but they don't pay, for almost 3 months now. I'm waiting for €644, if you don't want to lose money avoid buying and selling, the shoes are not paid despite the continuous reminders!!!

Refund never received

I ordered a pair of Nike Dunk Low Phantom Metallic Gold (W) size 37.5 which arrived on time and in good condition. However, I realized that the size was too small, so I returned the shoes, paying my own expense for shipping, and asked for the size 38, which was available on the website. The size 37.5 shoes arrived at Excellent Sneakers on April 7, 2025, on April 9 I asked when the size 38 shoes would be shipped, but was told they were no longer available, so I would soon be given a refund. I have asked countless times by e-mail for a refund and I always get a reply that it will be done in the next few days.... The refund has never arrived, it is a shame!!!!
Update: On June 10, 2025, I received the reimbursement.

Very Disappointed – No Shoes, No Response, No Mother's Day Gift

I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 Mid sneakers as a Mother’s Day gift and paid in advance of course. It’s been about a week now and I still haven’t received any confirmation that my order was processed, let alone any track and trace information. I emailed their support and have received no reply whatsoever.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. They clearly do not take their delivery promises seriously. At this point, I honestly don’t know if this is a scam or just a very unprofessional seller. Either way, I feel let down and upset—Mother’s Day is in 2 days, and I have no gift and no idea what’s going on with my order. Avoid this webshop.

I worked as a seller with Excellent…

I worked as a seller with Excellent Sneakers and strongly advise others to stay away. The owner sells sneakers on his website that he doesn’t have in stock. After each order, he posts the request in a WhatsApp group, hoping someone else can fulfill it.
If you agree to ship the pair, he forwards the customer’s full personal data (name, address) without consent – a major data privacy issue. As a seller, you’re expected to ship the item while Excellent Sneakers keeps the full profit. Payouts take months, and there’s no proper structure or agreement in place.
The worst part: if I, as the seller, can’t deliver the shoe in the end, the customer is left with nothing. It’s a chaotic and unprofessional system that creates risk for everyone involved – seller, store owner, and especially the customer. Avoid at all costs.

Received wrong size and lost money

Ordered yeezy slides, came in the wrong size after 2 weeks (while they said 2 days delivery time). Very poor contact with the customer service. But after a while i sended it back to them and they sended me back the right size after again like 2 weeks. I was done with that shit so send it back again. After that the package got lost, called the shipper of my package and they said they can see that the location where the package was scanned out of the van was at their storage/place. They said “we dont have it” and now i lost my yeezy slides that came in the right size after the first one was wrong and lost my money, and they simply dont give a f4ck even if the shipping showed that it was scanned on their property. Never buying again
