The services are very good, the pricing method is also great, one of the best server host platforms. What is really really unfortunnate is the Support, most of the time is silent, and don’t solve the issue you are having most of the time. Had a really bad experience trying to fix my modded server. Discord channel is full of “volunteer” moderator who just answer what they want when they want. If the support was better it would be 5* service. Just expect that if u run into an issue on the server, you have to fix it yourself :D

I'm currently playing on a Minecraft server hosted by Exaroton and it's working perfectly.

Price-Model is great. You only pay when the server is running. It stops automaticially when no one is online and can start again when someone joins.

Haven't had any performance or crashing issues. (Tho I also only have at max 3 people on the server).

Highly recommended for small servers.

every single time i create a server after a certain amount of time it decides it just doesnt wanna live anymore and crashes the player upon joining. Happens with or without mods and happens for all players in my servers. just really expensive with the credit system and couldve done better on that aspect. over all its just really not worth it and sucks

Poop hosting, huge bug fixes need to do always kick not able to join to server and steals millions of euros

Easy way to host a modded server for a group of friends. Got setup in a few minutes and could easily adjust to have more RAM at start of world gen and then reduce it when there was fewer players at night. Love the option that others can start the server when I'm not available too. Easy and transparent pricing, no need to remember to cancel or anything with prepaid balance. Have had no problems with the server and highly recommend Exaroton!

Exaroton offers good performance and affordable prices, but there is potential for improvement in customer support and expanding server locations to America and Australia for reduced lag. Presently, Exaroton operates only in Europe. I give it a 3-star rating and hope that Exaroton will make these improvements in the future.

I love using Exaroton. It quick and easy to make a server and the dynamic start/stop feature really helps with budgeting. Currently I have a DawnCraft server and I haven’t any real problems with it except occasional lag. I just wish there was a way to set up a subscription or something.

My friend used this. Lost his account after enabling 2FA. Provided 5 forms of verification to prove it was his account. Was ignored. Don't use this, do not recommend. Use something more trustworthy.

mods / admins being rude banned me from dc for no reason and muted me without warning

First of all there a great cheap host but their customer service is horrible they recently deleted my msgs and muted me and said they except it to stay deleted they muted me for asking why it was deleted. I stood up for another person thats the reason why i was muted

The service refused to take my money and r***d me mentally after forcing me to waste 3 hours on their non existent support team and then bullied by their discord moderator.

Anyway, world progress wasted as they have our world files hostage, and we are forced to move to another platform. No hard feelings but please,get your s**t together and start being a proper service that doesn't hurt their own clients.

Exaroton is a great hosting I've been using for a while. Pricing is very reasonable if you don't host a server with a lot of people on it and if no one is playing like 24/7 obviously. Here you only pay for the server being active. If you want to host a big demanding server with a lot of people actively playing on it, you might consider searching for other hosting at here it will get very expensive over time, but for occasional manhunts, small servers with friends and stuff like that, it's great! The setup is easy and I've never really had problems with it. The huge quality of live thing here is that you can also host multiple servers at the same time without having to pay extra just to create second server. I don't really know what to add, it just works.

Best way to have a hosting service, only charging when the server is online, choose how much you want to spend on ram and shared CPU Cores, runs extremely well!

I ran a modded server using forge. Setup was easy, just select mods from your drive and you're done. When the server crashed, it'd tell you what went wrong and what you can do, making setup extremely easy to do.
For running it, the idea of charging credits was genius. I didn't have to worry about choosing the right amount of RAM. All I needed to do was hit a button to increase it for more people or even decrease it if it was just me on the server.

I recommend it for friend groups where player activity may be random and unpredictable, with Exaroton being flexible enough to compensate for higher or lower demands.

I worked with them for 2 years - setting up Minecraft servers for my kids and their friends.
The cost is very attractive vs. the Microsoft plus alternative. The auto shutdown option is great and saves tons, and automatic wakeup saves me a lot of hassle - just let the kids know they have to wait 2 minutes for the server to come up.

It's good to have a server hosting where i can only pay when i play, i don't need to pay every month even though I know i won't play every day. But even if you want 24/7 hosting you can do that too. Haven't experienced any lag so far and i played with like 10 people at the same time with 70 mods or something like that.

Works really great, we bought 1000 tokens and still haven't gone through all of them. Easy to use, integrated mods/modpacks/plugins, support for custom mods/plugins and versions, automatic shutdown when you don't have any players and automatic start when anyone/whitelisted player joins.

THE SERVER STILL LAGGING EVEN THO I RAISED THE RAM TO 6GBS AND THERE ARE ONLY 2 PLAYERS IN THE SERVER. DO NOT BUY
