Easy site to use and order, great for diabetics!
Easy site to use and order. I’ve used Exante products for a few years now and they always taste good and the shakes mix easily. The latest bars are superb! I’m diabetic so am currently using the shakes and bars to replace breakfast and lunch. It’s an easy way to lose weight whilst controlling sugar and carb intake.

Exante are going out of business
Wanted to share with you all a reply I have received from exante via messenger rather than being truthful in their reply to me on my review below when I questioned their lack of stock. Exante have now admitted they're closing down! Thought you should all be aware in case you order products only to find out you're not getting them because they're no longer in business. Not sure why they can't just be honest on the website and say they're closing down and only selling the remainder of their stock! Below is the reply I got:

This means that we will unfortunately not be restocking any products on our website, with the stock available our last.

I love your product but getting loads…
I love your product but getting loads of vouchers for 50% off and other type of deals is great but when all products are out of stock and such limited availability is not good and I waited weeks for the other half of my order for it to then be cancelled and refunded so I then lost out on the big sale items please sort out supply as it’s getting annoying waiting

I love your products the taste is great but I much preferred them in the individual sachets much more convenient as the bigger pouches don’t seal so great

Disappointed
New juiced product bought, wanted to purchase replacement shakes.
They sent a new shaker which measures 400ml but product needs 500ml shaker. Makes it awkward to make and take with you to work etc

So sad Exante to hear you are closing
So sad Exante to hear you are closing. I was a loyal customer for many years, and there was nothing wrong with your products when I started using them. In fact, these were the best VLCD products available by quite some margin in my opinion.
But I did not like the change in formula of the shakes to low sugar and preferred the original ones, especially the coffee ranges. The wide choice of flavours was a real bonus-I did not like all of them, but that was ok as there were plenty to choose from, and lots that I did like. I also really valued the single sachet servings. High protein, low in calories but containing all the nutrients you need whilst losing/maintaining weight. However, I hated the 7 day pouches-had to carry it around, It spilt. Hard to get a measuring scoop in there to measure it out, etc.
I hope someone within the business starts again, because I cannot believe that this can't be made to work. I am sure that with the correct business model this can be a real success because there is a lot of evidence re VLCD for successful weight loss/improvement in/remission of Type 2 diabetes etc, and in earlier times you had the product right. And the potential customer base is large.
So why did I leave you? Bombarded with emails-I would let customers choose the frequency of communication. And there were too many short lived offers for me, and not often the one I preferred (100 shakes for ££) But mainly because of the drastically reduced choice, price increase (if you communicate the reasons for doing this you can usually take your customer base with you) too many changes and poor communication. I actually felt forced to try elsewhere to see what the alternatives were.
But I also have a lot of goodwill towards Exante, as my initial experiences were all good, and I eventually explored the site again, hoping you might have reinstated the products I loved. Instead, I found the business is closing. I would suggest seeking detailed customer feedback, ( and employee of course) and analyzing the reasons for this failure very carefully, before planning a re-launch.

Poor selection
No breakfast items such as porridge. A very limited selection of shakes and bars. What has happened to the varied selection you used to offer? This has been going on now for at least a year. I may need to start looking elsewhere.

They answered my questions promptly, Very sad to know they are going out of business, once the stock as gone.This diet was/is one of the best,helped me to lose the menopausal weight,going from a good size 18 to 14,thus I feel so much better about myself.I will continue to place an order if they have what I like.
