I previously complained about my poor service. Late delivery. I had a response saying . Customer service had sorted it out. It hasnt been sorted out. Clearly you have not read my initial Trustpilot feedback I am £31 out of pocket You have only credited back £15 to my account. I certainly do not accept that, in addition. I had damaged product in my box Which you have totally ignored.

Time Exante takes ownership and refunded the money I am out of pocket. I dont think Jo Webster or Jackie Delahuntly would appreciate the lack of accountability. Nor the need for me to complain about the same thing twice.

Avoid

Been chasing a refund for over six weeks now...they keep saying it is on their way but it never materialises. Customer service is dreadful.

ORDER FROM EXANTE UK

I have been ordering from this company since 2016. I placed an order last week and haven't received it.
My address reads West Midlands and they had put Shropshire on the order so it wasn't delivered.
On contacting them they say it's my error and if parcel is lost I won't get refund or reorder sent.
This is totally out of order as my orders have arrived in the past since 2016 and I am still at the same address so they have all of a sudden incorrectly put wrong address. Any way the postcode should have corrected the problem.
I've no way of contacting them to speak to them so where do I go from here.

Can’t buy products if not in stock!

Having explored various reviews about Exante, I decided this was the route for me. However, the well published customer service I unavailable...’ or phone lines are down’ (?) and website bears the claim ‘live chat unavailable’...on calling the published number the recorded message advises the telephone service is not available.

How to get through? I decided to place an order and found the web chat was available... but the agent was not great. If you want to embrace an order from a new customer, I would say don’t use ‘yeah’ in answer to a question.

Having examined the list of 50 items I was about to order, I found every single item was out of stock. No apology or anything from the agent...

I’m sure the products are as good claimed, but it looks like I’m not going to be able try them out anytime soon.

A Really Poor Delivery Service.....

I've joined Exante a few times and there is no doubt that it does work as I've lost weight each time.

However what I find very frustrating is their delivery service. Whether it's out of stock items that don't turn up or delays - as today's excuse is - with the courier service, there is usually some reason why you do not get the next day delivery service when you have either qualified for it or paid the extra to get it. So it's for this really annoying reason I only give 2 stars (also the meals are a bit naff but the shakes are lovely!).

Great range, taste and results

I regularly use Exante and cant recommend them highy enough!

Their product range is great and extensive and they have nutritionists and ebooks to help with whatever you need.

I saw great results, would recommend and would use again.

Non delivery

Delivery date missed. When I made contact with them, they would only offer a refund, they didn't offer to resend the goods I ordered even though they said my parcel had been returned to them.
