Exalate Reviews 

We use Exalate's Bidirectional integration at Inflowave.io to keep information synced between the different tools our teams work with. It saves us from having to manually copy updates and makes it easier for everyone to stay on the same page.

For example, about two weeks ago, our development team was working on an issue that involved both Jira and Freshdesk. Updates were being made regularly, and instead of someone having to manually update the issue in both systems, Exalate kept the relevant information synced automatically. This saved quite a bit of back-and-forth between the teams.

Once everything is set up properly, it works smoothly and reliably. Support has also been helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it's a solid solution for connecting systems and making collaboration between teams easier.

After using Exalate, one of the biggest benefits for us that i can share, has been connecting our support workflow with other systems without having to manually copy ticket information back and forth.

We use Exalate to sync data between Jira and GitHub, and overall it has been working well for us. It saves time and avoids updating the same information in both systems.

For example, when a Jira issue is updated, we can sync the changes to the related GitHub issue automatically.

Once it is all set up and running, it works quite well. Btw, Support has also been helpful when we had questions, and that's important for us. Honestly, a good solution for connecting Jira and GitHub.
