ExactSeek or ExactSneak? The Disappearing Act of Customer Support!

I reached out to ExactSeek multiple times via email to inquire about their advertising options. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. This lack of communication is disappointing, as I was genuinely interested in trying their services and potentially committing to a long-term partnership if their advertising proved effective for my business.

Just don't do it!

Two days ago I paid $29 for 3000 guaranteed "Visitor" hits hoping to get some genuine people interested and booking my vacation rental. But instead, in the first two days I just got, robotic hits from the same "B2B, Business Services, Business Consulting, etc, all from the same place,Slough UK. That only visit at my home page and only stay between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. This is not what I paid for. A robot is not going to book my villa is it? What is the point, it only inflates my hit counter and tells google that my site is not worth looking at past the home page.

If the Exactseek website mentioned they were not actual humans going to be visiting my website but automated non human visitors then I would not have subscribed. This is deceptive and not what I would have expected from a Canadian company.

Also I only received 21 of these visits according to my Statcounter data, but my dash board on Exactseek says 34, clearly inflated.

I have asked for a refund, I will update here if I ever receive it, no refund no update.

Update: I received a full refund, same day I posted this.

Update: They are still hitting my site with their bots, inflating my hit counter and telling Google that my site is not worth visiting past the home page. I have asked them to stop it. If I don't update then they have not heeded my request and stopped the bots.

Update: They have stopped the bots.

This is the excuse the gave me: "We have many clients that routinely make large traffic purchases. However, in your case the traffic sources we have available for the UK do not match very well to your business." Really? The business sector I chose was "Travel"! No traffic in the UK for "Travel" Honestly! So they just hit me with a bot! If they can't supply traffic for probably the most widely searched industry in the world then what can they have? Zero!

Don't Waste Your Time

I have tried the 3000 guaranteed hits and the rapid inclusion for three months. I received the 3,000 hits, but about 81% of them were 10 second and go hits. With the rapid inclusion, I received an error message that they couldn't find my website. Everyone else can instantly find it, but not them. I emailed them several times to resolve this but have never received a reply. Bye, Exactseek.
