Very poor quality of product
Very poor quality of product. Although they are a Portugese company (or claim to be) they ship over priced product right out china. They promise 5 to 7 shipment days and then it arrives after loads of complaining 2 weeks after promised arrival date. You for track and trace but this doesn’t work. They promise you a free gift but that seemed like a part of the packing wrap. Absolutely avoid this company.
Don’t deal with them, when it gets hot all of the sudden their kindness turns into weakness and no or late responses. Product is in fact to be big and not as stated in their measurements chart but I’ll prevent myself to go through the pain of reshipping and claiming money back. Customer lost hope many more are warned !!
