Simply the fact that it works at full speeds for many years already.

I checked my bank today and see that Eweka has taken an annual payment without prior notification. I used to use Usenet in the 1990s, and the introductory offer was cheap enough to go back and have a poke around, but I found a wasteland and there was no activity in any of the groups, be they text or binary. So I told Eweka that they had conned me and I did not want to renew. A year on, they have just sneaked a far more expensive year's subscription from me.

Every other provider I subscribe to emails me to notify me that my renewal is coming up, but not Eweka. It is sickeningly devious.

UPDATE: Eweka has now issued a refund, so I am slightly modifying my review, but the fact that they did not give notification of their renewal is still something people need to be made aware of.

As of 9/17/2022, I'm writing this review, and with painstaking issues. First and foremost, if you use Prowlarr, stay far away as possible. Prowlarr and Sonarr doesn't support this, and you'll need to spend *more* money on a separate indexer too. And the speeds? 3 mb/s at most, I haven't been able to achieve any higher, no matter how hard I try. I'll update based on any new updates, but considering they don't refund, keep that in mind.

Accidentlly charged back my card as I did not realize what the charge was. Eweka let me change the card out and re-start my service, no isues, no needing to recreate a new account, no raised fee for being unobservant.
Add to the amazing retention and availability, best decision I could have made.

I tried to sign up for this service but could not. Every card I tried was rejected so I finally went with a competitor. Why are you advertising in the US if you do not accept USD? I then gave a negative review and because I took too long to respond to their response, they deleted my negative review. Looks like this company is trying to hide their negative comments.
They asked me to email their support team, which we did, but they were of no help. You can not use pre-paid gift cards to purchase this service and I for sure will not be giving them my real info so they can sell it.

One of the best no nonsense usenet groups out there!
I would recommend this provider to others!
