Been using Eweka for 8 years now. Never a problem with downloading, it is fast and reliable. I combine it with Grabit and a VPN, works great!

Payment issues, just like everyone else.
Eweka needs to get their act together. They provide a (slightly overpriced) service which resulted in flawless server access.
Payment is a nightmare - my original payment method failed, so I went to renew, and got Payment error each time. My different payment methods each failed, just an error message and no emails. Transactions were actually succeeding, I got charged five times, and my account was renewed for 5 years.
After contacting CS twice requesting refunds and an account cancellation, they ghosted me.
In summary, service works, but payment is a nightmare.
Edit 1/8/2024 - After several emails and chargeback requests, I have received full reimbursement. I am grateful for this experience, as it has forced me to seek out and find an alternate provider with equally good products, but for half the price.
