It's a complete scam!
I ordered a sequin dress and the item took 3 weeks to arrive and the dress looks nothing like the image on the website. They claim they are based in the UK but they operate a warehouse in China.
They also state on the website “If it’s not a perfect fit for you, simply return it – and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.” And yet I am battling for a refund - over 20 emails exchanged. Initially they offered me a 10% refund, then 20%, then 40% and now I've reached 50% refund alternatively I can post it back to China but I have to pay £30 to do this.
It's a complete joke.

DO NOT BUY! The clothes are cheap knock-offs from China that take 2 weeks to arrive and don't look like in the pictures. When asking for a refund you will be involved that the items must be shipped to their warehouse in China which can cost £30! and they have to arrive within 30 days which means you would need to send the return very quickly as well.

The quality of the item wasn't that great, however the customer service team are fantastic, so polite and helpful. They responded to my email promptly and helped me with my return quickly

Since we operate with one central warehouse near our fabric suppliers in Asia, all returns must be sent there. Returning to another address may result in the package being destroyed and will not qualify for a refund. Additionally, return shipping costs can be up to +£30 GBP, depending on your location and courier service.
We understand that returning can be costly and inconvenient. Instead of returning your item, we can offer you a new size OR a different item in our store of your choice (up to a value of your ORDER VALUE). You will only need to cover the shipping fee of £14.95 GBP per item, and you get to keep the original item for free.

Avoid. They are not being honest about who they are. They claim to be based in London, but the item was actually shipped from China. The denim dress I ordered looked far thicker and of much better quality in the video compared to what I received.

What I got was a cheap, thin imitation — nothing like what was advertised. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times to return it, and I’m being completely ignored. That’s not just bad service, it’s illegal.

I spent ££ on a terrible-quality product and I’m now being ghosted. Do not waste your money. Stay far away.

The company should be accurate with their sizing and also stop lieing about having a shop in London, it's not true and the beautiful dress I ordered is 4 sizes too small!

Ordered a dress, was too small now have been trying to return it but apparently it has to go to China which will cost a lot, they say it will get lost/destroyed so instead want to give me money off another order??

Not even warrants a 1 star 🤦‍♀️ item ordered arrived faulty & the customer care I received was none existent, I’m expected to pay for their shoddy service, for a dress not fit for purpose, clearly not checked before being sent out
I strongly urge to not make any purchase from this company. They are definitely not based in the uk

Ongoing resolution
Dress arrived, so tiny, sizes are not true to uk size chart. I'm a 10 so awkward for sizes they do being 8-10 or 12-14 no inbetween.

Dress is nice and as described all be it for a 4"6 child as it's like a top on the length.

Constant stalling tactics. Never a resolve when you want to return something it is almost impossible.
Offering to purchase something else instead, or 15% discount or saying our warehouse is in China (although you advertise as a UK firm) its NOT!
OR keep the item and purchase one at a discount price because it nay get destroyed or lost in transit?? What???

Any excuse rather than issuing an easy return and refund even tho it stated 30 days return policy.

I am sure they will then say, it arrived back later than 30 days so it isn't valid for a refund!!!

I'm done with these online bogas scam companies pretending to be in the UK. When I fact in a sweat shop in China! I will never purchase an item again. Very poor customer service

Poor quality dress that doesn’t cover my bum. UK site but when I requested to return was told I’ve got to return back to China at a cost of £30. Raised it with citizens advice consumer service and they’ve reported them to trading standards. The bank won’t refund me either as the website states the customer is responsible for return shipping however they fail to realise there’s no mention that return shipping is outside of the UK. Can’t wear it and can’t sell it on. Completely out of pocket. The site also claims it’s closing down and has been running for years however the images of the man and woman are AI generated and according to companies house it only opened 4 months ago. Please don’t buy from this company!!

Don't do it! Dress that arrived was so short it didn't cover my bum. Quality was dreadful. When I asked to return it they said it would cost me £30 (plus customs fees!) to return it to Asia. This is despite it saying it is a UK company closing down. Total fraud!

Terrible quality. Terrible fitting.
Wish I had purchased using my credit card as would have been more likely to receive refund.
Going to the ombudsman regarding this company, advise others to do the same.

Paid £45 for a dress in the 'closing down' sale.
It arrived late. Very bad quality and the sizing was terrible. The cost to return to China they said was £30. Site says it's London. Says nowhere that you would have to pay almost as much as the item is worth to send back to China. This is a con.

Awful quality, cheap denim, I have ordered size 4-6 uk so that should’v been an XS and it left me shocked… it would fit 3 ppl like me, at least an M
Tried to ask for a refund and to return the item and they are asking around £30 return cost which is outrageous.
But when you go on their website they have it big in black bold letters that they will return you full amount and you’re refund will be stress and hassle free.
Yeah, right.
I will advise you to go buy from Shein 🤣🤣🤣 as a joke at least there you can return the item at no cost and you pay a fraction of the price for same quality or sometimes even better.
Don’t waste your time and money, stay stress free and choosw from somewhere else.
On their website you’ll only see the positive feedback and reviews so I guess they like lying. Show also your unhappy customers. Improve based on their feedback!!

Awful quality! The outfit is completely different to the picture advertised! Ordered a size 6 it’s more like a size 14. When I tried it on the outfit is different sizes on either side! Very disappointed as paid a lot of money for it and When I emailed to return the item the postage cost back to china was over £30 so now out of pocket with no option but to keep it!!
