Is this a scam?

I ordered in June and despite repeated requests for a delivery tracking update there has been no response. I am resigned to the fact that I have likely been scammed. Very poor form to target families with a child having anxiety or mental health issues.

3+ months and still no item recieved

I ordered from here in may (3 months ago) and it still hasnt arrived. When I emailed they told me it had been dispatched but were trying to find what courier they used. They gave me a fake shipping number, but still didnt know the courier.. They are very responsive on their email - probably to try and keep you engaged so they can buy more time to scam other people before they get cancelled and reported. Please report and do not buy from here.

Do not buy from this company unless you…

Do not buy from this company unless you want to wait weeks and weeks and never get a satisfactory response yes they answered my emails but always fobbed me off. Ended up submitting all my emails and their pathetic response to my bank to get my money back. They sell goods that are meant to ease anxiety but all they did was provide me with more - order at your own peril!

REPLY - I have contacted you on numerous occasions and it’s always the same “we will come back to you with an explanation” I have had that email on at least 4 occasions- just provide me with an explanation as to why you did not fulfill my order! It’s not hard

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with!

Placed an order end of May, which still hasn’t arrived. Have sent an email every week, have requested a refund multiple times which never happens, they only come back to you once you contact them but only to say that they’ll get to it as soon as possible, but nearly 3 months on and still nothing, absolute joke of a company and customer service!
Evora if you reply to this telling me to contact you and tell me you’ll look into it, I will take this further and report you!

Update: got the exact generic response that i was expecting and that everyone else has got, so will be reporting Evora first thing in the morning!

I made an order start June

I made an order start June - the money was withdrawn from my account straight away. I received a shipment track and trace a few days later but it never updated and the goods have never arrived. I have emailed numerous times and keep getting the answer that they are looking into it with the shipment company and that it is the highest priority. Always quick response but nothing happens. I have requester my money back but that does not happen either - always the same response. It is a high priority yet several weeks later nothing has happend. Never buy snitching from this company - you will loose your money and never receive your goods - stay far far away. Never in my life have I experienced such a bad customer service. It is fraud!!

Ordered a Sloth, delivery slower than it

Ordered a Sloth and 2 rings on 26th June 2025. Received a tracking number with YunExpress on 27th June 2025. Their email address is helpcare at yunexpress.com - I recommend complaining to them as well. I have issued a chargeback for these items. For things that are supposed to reduce stress, this bunch of clowns only cause it.

As I've received their stock answer below, please note that their offer of help is vacuous.

I ordered from this company beginning of June and haven’t received the item. I keep emailing to be told there’s not tracking updates. I’ve requested a refund which has been ignored. I don’t hold out any hope of getting my money back especially reading other people’s experiences. It’s always the same person ‘Jan’ who replies. Guess I’ll have to kiss goodbye to my money . Definitely a scam don’t bother purchasing from this company

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with

One star is too high a rating for this company. We bought a koala for our disabled daughter, it is faulty. We complained back in June and were promised a replacement. This has never arrived. We asked for a refund. This has never happened despite multiple promises. We are now ot 27 emails and despite their 'flowery' promises, still nothing. This is probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Place orders with this company at your peril

SCAM

Good afternoon, I placed an order on June 8 (number 143460) and still haven't received the goods. Also, my money is not returned to me. I have requested all the account details of this company from my bank and I intend to contact the police with a statement of fraud, with the attachment of payment and correspondence with the company. I don't recommend this company, it's a complete deception.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I placed an order for a bear on June 24th 2025, and its August 13th and I still have not received my order. I am now seeking a refund from my credit card after sending several emails asking for status and getting replies stating that my order was getting ready to ship, but was never received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!

Never received it, they did reply to my emails and I did get a refund.
I ordered one from Vinted but it’s annoying because of the motor inside is noisy
Avoid just get a weighted blanket or a cat

SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING !!!

Absolutely disgusting ! I put an order in May 2025 and have still not received my goods. They have only answered one of my emails and I have sent many. NEVER buy off this business as they have shocking customer service and the goods don't show up. I will never ever buy again from here.
I have 3 upset little granddaughters now because of you untrustworthy people.

This is the lowest star I can give, but to be honest they don’t deserve this one, they take your money and I’m still awaiting goods ordered back in June, they don’t answer emails. I’m now awaiting a refund as this was a present for someone. Anyone thinking of using them, don’t do it
