thank you for your honest feedback and we are truly sorry to hear the product didn't work as expected for your skin type and that the subscription came as a surprise.

Regarding the product, skin types vary greatly and for some, a lighter application or different routine can make a big difference. We are sorry it felt too oily and didn't absorb well for you.

Regarding the subscription, please be assured that nothing is forced. At checkout, both a One Time Purchase and a Subscribe & Save option are shown side by side, and the subscription has to be actively selected, it is never added automatically. We're sorry if this wasn't clear at the time of your order.

Cancelling is also straightforward, and you have two easy ways to do it: directly through the "Manage Subscription" page on our website, or by emailing our Customer Care team at info@evorabody.com, where we reply to every message within 24 hours. Either option stops any future orders right away.

We'd genuinely like to make this right for you. We've sent you a request via Trustpilot so we can locate your order, cancel any active subscription, and look into a refund where applicable.

Being charged and sent another order after receiving a cancellation confirmation email is not how this should work, and we want to get to the bottom of it for you right away.

Please be assured that Evora is a legitimate brand, and if your cancellation email confirms your subscription was ended, a further charge should not have happened. We'd like to investigate this directly and refund any payments that were taken in error after your cancellation date. You also won't need to deal with returning anything or paying return shipping to resolve this, we'll sort that for you.
