AMAZING PRODUCTS! CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT SO MUCH!

I must say that the products are absolutely amazing. I am super impressed with results after using the shampoo, conditioner, and Better Roots oil, only twice.

BUUUT…. customer service definitely leaves a lot to be desired. I almost decided against purchasing the product because the representative was so rude and unhelpful. Hopefully I will never need to contact them for an issue….
Shipping took much longer than expected as well.

Again, great products. But I wish the rest of the company would catch up.
