After my vintage Viking had its ferrule break in half…. I decided to get a 2nd cue. I did some looking around and wasn’t looking to hit the pocket too hard. I came across Evo’s ads, dug in a little bit, read some reviews, and found a design I liked. I ordered the Crystal Ember Vein. The price was right for a stick I don’t know much about. Plus the Black Friday sale. After ordering I noticed the MaxBing Esition that had some add-on accessories. I messaged EVO about upgrading my order. They quickly got back to me, adjusted my order, and sent me tracking info. During my wait, I chatted with them a few more times. Very responsive and helpful customer service team. I got the stick 6 days from ordering. The tip came nickel-curve and ready to chalk up. Took it to the tables and had a blast. Not sure how this sounds to you but I’m trying to say a good thing here: it felt like I was holding a stick of butter but that butter was driving a tank. Smooth stick, great feel, the tip sends the spins like you want them to. Superb stock and for the price….. I can justify the semi-blind purchase. Thinking about their break cue next. Love the quality of EVO cues and products. I first purchased my EVO Crystal cue and found it well balanced and my game actually improved much dismayed by my competitors. It is a beautiful cue. I have just purchased my Break cue from EVO and added some weight from the weight kit and it has a punch! I am so happy with my team of Sticks. Some of my competitors have told me that they are switching to EVO. Quality that can't be beat!

I 🤣 with my choice. I love the way it hits and feels. No disappointment here.

I just love this cue, prefer it over some of my other more expensive cues.

I order my cue on 7/2/25. It ship out 7/7/25. UPS would delivery on 7/15/25 never happen They lost my cue.
I email Customer service (Andrea & Agnes) was very understanding. They check with UPS and they sent out a new cue at NO CHARGE.
That's a great company that stand behind their product.
The cue is very nice and shoot very well. I would order again if needed.

Unfortunately the shipment was lost but dealing with the carrier and EVO was two different stories. UPS was difficult to work with not till I escalated the email to VP did I get resolved. EVO was excellent thru all communicated and once claim was discharged sent my replacement cue right away. Looks good plays great just need more time playing to be honest review. The company came thru on all aspects of purchase.

I received my cue a couple of days before my scheduled pool league. I got there a little early just to show it off and hit a few balls. I am very impressed with the feel and solidness of my cue. The carbon fiber shaft is crisp and responsive. I have cues worth thousands of dollars and this cue plays as good as those.

I have been dealing with EVO cues via email for the past several weeks. Their customer service is the best. They respond quickly and answer the questions asked. They were very patient with me and I finally placed my order. I will follow up and review the cue once received.

The ease of ordering. The two cues I ordered came quickly. They are both beautiful. I have just start using mine and I absolutely love it.

I ordered the Crown series because I loved the look of the cue. I thought the maxbing woth all the accessories included was such a great idea. It came in a nice package and I was excited to hit with it. It hits so well! I love the radial pin which is the same pin my old custom cue had so I was already familiar with the hit. The time tip seems to be very responsive to the English i am putting on it. For the money I cant say enough about this cue.
