I made a purchase on the site, bought a Jeans and waited for over 2 weeks for any communication. I have been sending emails and not getting responses, their email has cane back with the message “Delivery incomplete “. I think this is not a legit shop.
Exceptionally poor international customer service. Ordered goods from USA to Australia.
Order arrives, mens size L 2 items, fabric is nice however both shirts are unusually short, given i'm only 5"9 and ordered a Large this seems odd, hem barely down to pant waistline.
Anyhow, this happens so looking into a return and refund. This is where the poor services starts.
Days of no responses to email to clarify process. When process finally confirmed and complied with still no sign of refund.
I have postage confirmation that my items were received by EVLV over 7 days ago, yet still no refund or even a response to my follow up email sent over 4 days ago.
If you are going to offer international shipping, please have a functioning return policy.
Will not be a return customer.
I love my trackies so much! They’re so comfy and slim fitting which I really like! 😍
So comfy would definitely be buying again would love more variety in colours though

The little details make these joggers stand out. The double seams strip on the legs make the joggers feel much more durable when I'm exercising. They are 'heckin warm material and the little logo designs are a nice touch. Plus the delivery was incredibly quick!
