Extremely High Markup for a $25 Visa
I did receive my Indian e-visa, so the application itself was processed.
However, I was charged €119 for a visa that clearly shows on the official document that the government fee is only 25 USD.
The total price was not transparently presented upfront in a clear and comparable way. Only at the final payment stage does it become apparent how high the total charge is. There is no obvious side-by-side indication of the official government fee versus the additional service markup.
This website is not the official Government of India visa portal, but a commercial intermediary charging a very substantial premium for what appears to be a largely automated submission process.
While technically the service was delivered, the lack of clear pricing transparency and the extreme markup make this a very disappointing experience.
I strongly recommend that travelers first visit the official Indian government e-visa website before using any third-party service, to avoid paying significantly more than necessary.

Rip-off. Realised half way through the process that this wasn't the official government/embassy visa site (in my case Egypt). Yes the forms are easy to complete, but the costs are astronomical and totally misleading. Although I never completed the application, I'm still getting chased for payment saying they can't complete my application. Price through this site £158, price direct with Egyptian embassy (visa2egypt.gov)£37, that's a 327% mark up!
