Excellent customer service experience
I had an issue with my original shipment because of the courier, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding.
They replied very quickly, were kind, professional, and immediately shipped a replacement without hesitation. Throughout the process they were responsive and genuinely helpful, making what could have been a very stressful situation (since the item ordered was a birthday gift) much easier.
