My password was changed not by me and when I clicked forgot password no link was sent! I Couldn't speak to anybody until Monday morning, which was frustrating but when I did Sam at customer services was very helpful and he managed to sort out the problem for me with patience and understanding.

My password was changed but not by me and I could not get access to my account. I then tried to change the password but no link was sent. I tried ringing the line for 20 minutes with no reply. I needed someone to pay attention - within a few hours of the review someone was in touch and we resolved writhin seconds

House was lovely few minor faults but…
House was lovely few minor faults but nothing to serious. Room was all lovely clean. Kitchen was well equipped also good location . I had to ring out of hours as fire alarm went off early hours but the young lady was lovely and understanding of the situation. I would deffinatly stay here again . Only fault is could do with full mirrors in all rooms

We needed a channel to use for our…
We needed a channel to use for our hotel and Airbnb property and it was catalogue of errors from the either the system or the person assigned. We thought the system could capture existing platforms but we didn't realise we had to do multiple jobs. You build on their site and then check with other sites. She will set a task and when you start you will find the system not letting you do anything and a week later she says I know what the problem is. This went on and on. It was just one error after another. The worst part is they force you to sign up and tell you if you don't complete with a certain number of days we start charging you. We had to uploads over seven different properties and patience was required but they used same time frame for someone uploading just one properties. We told them you can't be charging us for service we didn't get and instead of common sense to prevail they threatened to close down our suite after two months of painstaking work. Their system won't let us add additional rooms because someone did something wrong. Won't let us add website because the link was typed in wrongly and payment portal couldn't be activated because it was incorrectly setup by the person responsible. It was bad and sad at the same time. We were ready three weeks ago and they never responded because they claimed we had backlog on invoice they said we were liable for despite she refusing to activate us despite one of the properties being ready long time ago. How can you be made to pay for a service you didn't get. If you have multiple properties make sure you don't sign up until you know what you doing. We will get a better channel to use. One that have more understanding staffs and easy to use

“I initially had a good experience with the Chanel manager, but things quickly went downhill after enrollment. There has been no support—no follow-up emails or human responses whatsoever. Over the last three months, they have repeatedly charged my account without allowing me to sign in. Every attempt to log in prompts a password reset, which ends up being completely ineffective. I strongly recommend exploring other alternatives.”
