I recently bought a Tesla from EV HERO, and the entire experience was brilliant from start to finish.

What stood out was there was no pressure throughout the sales process. It was refreshingly straightforward, honest, and relaxed. I never felt rushed or pushed. I was left to look around the car in my own time and had the chance to take the car on a decent test drive.

Equally important was Williams knowledge of the car and its systems. It wasn't just a "here's the key, good luck" situation—he took the time to walk me through the ins and outs of the car during the handover, making sure I felt confident and comfortable before driving off. That kind of attention to detail really made the difference.

The handover itself was smooth and incredibly well organised. Paperwork was handled efficiently, and everything was ready to go when I arrived. It was the kind of hassle-free experience you hope for when buying a car.

The sales team was okay though late responses sometime, the installation guys too did a good job but the finance team, or ladies in the office are like Sherlock, cheeky and refused to refund me even when they promised to if length of work is less or equal to 10 meter. Mine was less than 9 meter but was charged 15meter worth of work. The deposit was even a bait because it is non-refundable even when no fault of yours

My wife and I came over to see William and Mark to view a silver Audi A4 Allroad they had for sale. It was fantastically presented and 'as new' inside. After taking it for a test drive with Mark, we were impressed with the Allroad, and decided to go ahead with the purchase. I picked the car up a few days later after they had given it a fresh MOT.

Excellent service from the initial enquiry to the installation of the EV charger .
We live in a country cottage(built in 1840 ) on a narrow county lane. After a bad experience with another high profile EV 'specialist ' who made the whole application and survey process painful and lengthy - we contacted EV Heroes..Rachael West was super helpful and the charger was installed with no fuss within 2 weeks of the initial enquiry..
The installation engineer ( Louis?) was excellent and worked in awful rainy conditions outside.

I've never sold a car on brokerage before and was understandably, really quite nervous.
Upon arrival at EVHERO my car was given a thorough inspection and any wear points were gone through, along with rectification costings. This reassured me that William wasn't going to come up with any costly surprises later in the selling process, and that he also wanted to make sure that my car, he was going to sell for me, was in first class shape.

As someone who has owned over seventy cars and motorcycles over the last few years I can say that I have a reasonable knowledge of what buying from a dealer is like. I’ve met friendly dealers, rude salespeople and of course lots of over-promisers.

William is the nicest and most genuine guy to deal with. Honest, knowledgeable helpful and though he describes himself as not being a sales person, he represents the best standards in the industry.

If, like me, you are buying your first electric car, there is naturally a little bit of trepidation involved….will the battery last? Will I be able to find a charging station on my way home? Will it be reliable? Etc.

Williams erudite manor and confident grasp of his subject matter immediately put you at ease. Within a couple of minutes of meeting him you know that he will only sell you the right car for your needs and also that in the very unlikely event of a fault (William personally drives each car for a couple of weeks to look for any faults before selling them on), he will put right anything that has gone wrong.

He is the Carlsberg of car dealers to quote the advert. And there are two good reasons for this.

Firstly he is just one of the good guys…as mentioned above.

Secondly, and I think this is also important, he has a small well chosen level of stock that he knows very well.

Going to a car showroom can be a little like going to a restaurant, or a fast food restaurant in some cases; a bewildering choice of items on the menu, seeking to cater for everyone and leaving you with the knowledge that they can’t possibly be good at cooking all the dishes….and of course they are not.

EV Heroes is like a Michelin 3* restaurant. Here the menu is limited to what’s in season, the chef demands the very best ingredients and he has the knowledge and skill to prepare the best food you have ever tasted. William knows what’s in demand, sources only the best cars and they are tested and prepared for the road so that you have the best purchasing decision possible.
