Hi - I'm afraid the cable is not compatible with my Garo home charger.
It damaged the locking mechanism in the charger which now has to be replaced so I now have no home charging facility.
Please advise as to the process for refund.

The cables we provide are of the highest quality and we have never encountered an issue like this before. From your brief description it appears that the home charger is set up to only work with specific cable solutions. If this is the case this should be stated clearly on the unit, in its manual, or by the installer if this was a bespoke installation. What does it state in the instructions about cable compatibility?
