I have received my order (#4989) today, and frustratingly it was left inside the mailbox under the sun again, plus damaged goods inside. I had the same issue with my previous order (#4380) to which I emailed you and you responded with:

“Hi Tanya sorry to hear this, it out of my hands as this is a postal issue not an issue i have control of. What you can do is lodge a complaint with Aus post and they will refund you the full amount . I put fragile on them and send express they should not leave the package in the sun no matter whats inside of them.

For you to know about my last experience –

I did take package order #4380 to Aust post and experienced unpleasant service, they advised me that it was NOT their responsibility, it is the business’s responsibility, and you should have paid an extra $3 for signature upon delivery for fragile items…so I took it back home. I told myself it will probably be fine. I used the products in that package 2 weeks ago, and within 1 week, my face became physically red, patchy, and itchy all over my face. I tried to take pictures for you, but photos did not reflect what was truthfully on my face. Your skincare does work when it is stored at the right temperature, but it does the opposite when stored under the heat! I even had to Google to see if that’s possible, and it is. However, I disregarded the whole matter and threw away everything that was in that package. I should have taken it further for my refund on ruined products that I have paid for, but I didn’t.

This time, I will not go to Aust post to experience the same thing. I purchased from Evesskin, I deal with Evesskin. Please provide me the refund for this order #4989 and forward a return slip so I can post this package back to you. I hope you will not resell what’s remaining in this package as I truly have experienced the above mentioned skin condition from heated skincare. Please find attached photo for your reference.

My experience with Eves skin has been superior. I purchased during their Mother’s Day promotion and forgot to add the free nourishing oil to my cart as per the deal details (baby brain!), I was so surprised to receive the oil anyway with my order. Exceptional customer service that is!
So far I have been using the Eves skin eye cream and nourishing oil, both have been really nice products and I will definitely be purchasing more products in the near future. I love that the brand is Australian made and owned with no nasties - perfect for me at the moment as I’m pregnant and will be breastfeeding.
