I received the most beautiful necklace with my Nana’s handwriting as a gift for my mum. Lucy was so helpful and responded so quickly to my question regarding my order. I received a beautiful note from Lucy with the necklace which made it even more personal. I received the necklace so quickly, especially as it was Christmas. I couldn’t recommend this business enough. My mum was absolutely blown away. Thank you so much for such a beautiful, special piece of jewellery to treasure.

Asked about a custom order and received a really prompt response. Lucy gave suggestions on how to customise my piece and sent a couple of proofs for me to view. Once the wording was agreed the necklace was produced and posted so quickly despite it obviously being a really busy time pre Christmas. The necklace I received which is a gift for my mum is just beautiful and captures my grandmas writing perfectly. I will definitely order more in the future. I’m delighted with the necklace that I purchased for my friend who lost her dad. The necklace is engraved using his handwriting.
