Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery.

I’ve reviewed your order and our Messenger conversation to clarify what happened. The parcel was dispatched the same day using the DPD Next Day service that was selected at checkout. Unfortunately, on this occasion, DPD experienced delays within their network, which were outside of our control.

We did explain via Messenger that DPD Next Day is not a guaranteed service. For customers who require a guaranteed next-day delivery, we also offer a Royal Mail Guaranteed service, which is fully covered if it does not arrive on time.

While we always do everything we can to dispatch orders promptly, courier delays can occasionally occur.

We apologise that we were unable to refund you; however, this is a cost that is imposed on us regardless of the timeframe of the delivery company, unless using a guaranteed service.

Banbury everything vape. Can't fault them, polite and very helpful. Everytime I visit they make you feel welcome. Lots to offer and the team help you find what will suit you best. Not one bad experience when visiting. Well done guys!!!!

Placed an order online 14th May and…

Placed an order online 14th May and paid 24hr Royal mail delivery (website states 1-3 working days. Its now been over 8 days and have not received my order. I emailed their support email and nothing, finally messaged their fb page and "were look into it" and have heard nothing back. Surprisingly on tje day I ordered funds were taken from my bank.account. However I did receive an email from Luke to say item wasn't in stock and for the hassle I had they posted an upgrade

ok apart from missing part to my rta

the actual item and speed of delivery fine but there was a part missing ( the changeable airflow inserts) so im unable too change airflow) i did send an email but as of yet had no reply , i cant use it until i have the inserts.
