I had a fabulous experience with Donna Sander. She went above and beyond, not only fixing my website issue but teaching me in the process.

Donna is awesome. I have taken two computers to her and she restored my computers to almost new and without me losing any documents. And she is always ready to give you advice on the dos and don'ts. She responds to texts and emails as well as answer her phone calls. In addition to her being great at what she does, she is also very cheap comparatively. When you give your work to her, she works tirelessly for the job to be completed and she is always giving you updates as they occur while working on your stuff. I would highly recommend this service to each and every one that want excellent job for a very fair price.

We have a small online business and thank goodness we found Donna when our computer crashed . She was able to save all of our data and also upgraded it to Windows 10. She’s honest and very reasonably priced. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

Donna is a LIFE SAVER! OMG, they say in this world, it's better to be lucky than smart... I am soooo lucky I found her. I first used Donna and Everything I.T. in summer of 2018. I was hired for a speaking engagement, I am a professional speaker, and this was a unique situation where I had to design a custom Powerpoint myself (normally the people that hire me send me the PPT). I had so many challenges, I was in a panic -- I chose Donna because she was in Oxnard and I lived in Moorpark, less than an hour away. Donna responded to me instantly.
Donna explained there was no need to meet in person which surprised me. We worked together on the phone, she set up a 'screen sharing' so she could take over my screen and within an hour... EUREKA! The job was done.
Since then I've called upon Donna several more times... for various issues. I am a Mac user and most of her customers probably have PC's..., and on top of that several of my software programs are outdated... it sometimes takes her a few extra minutes to figure out a solution to my issues, YET she never gives up. And my issues might be unusual (yours may take longer) yet we are always finished within an hour.
Yesterday I needed to 'embed' a YouTube video into another PPT presentation... I struggled and struggled and was running out of time... finally in desperation I shot her a quick email, just in case she might squeeze me in. She called me within minutes. Wham-bamm, my problem was solved.
Really people -- I can't say enough -- she is my Go-To solution for everything tech! Give her a try, you will be glad you did.

I had a hard drive crash, which was brutal because it had all of my data on it. I took the HD to Geek Squad and they were unable to help me recover my data. They suggested a forensic data recovery service starting at a minimum of $500. I opted to do some research and I found Donna at Everything IT. She made no guarantees, but she did say that she would try and help me recover my data. I brought her the drive and Donna succeeded in recovering every file within a couple of days. I was thrilled with both her work and her pricing. Based on my experience with Donna/Everything IT, I would highly recommend her for your computer/IT needs. Excellent work, Donna!
