So happy with my Clax Trolley and KDK’s fantastic service!

I recently ordered a Clax Trolley from KDK Office Supplies and was so impressed with the whole experience. The ordering process was simple, the trolley was dispatched incredibly quickly, and the customer service was excellent throughout.
Dhiren has been amazing! Polite, efficient and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across such friendly and professional support, and it really makes a difference when making an investment purchase like this.
I’ve wanted a Clax Trolley for years, and I’m delighted I chose to buy through KDK. I’ll be recommending them to friends and family and will definitely return for future purchases.
Highly recommend!

Great seller

It seemed too good to be true, but wasn't. Great price and fast, free shipping. I hadn't heard of the vendor, so you've got to be a bit sceptical but I was pleasantly surprised and will use them again in the future.

The delivery was fine but after…

The delivery was fine but after emailing you within 5mins of placing the order I cancelled the order but it was still delivered.
When I spoke to your company about returning the rug doctor I was told it would cost 30% of the cost for a price of £71+
I think that this a total rip off and I would NOT recommend this company for this reason

Thank you for reaching out regarding your order. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

Firstly, we did not receive any cancellation email from you. I have reviewed all our email records, but if you could forward a copy of the email with the time and date it was sent, I’d be happy to investigate further. Had we received it, we would have promptly canceled your order.

Secondly, if the delivery was not required upon arrival, the best course of action would have been to reject the delivery at that time. Unfortunately, this step was not taken.

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, a 30% restocking fee applies to all hardware items. This policy is determined by our wholesalers to cover administrative, collection, and restocking charges. We understand this may be frustrating, but it is a standard procedure and has been communicated clearly in our T&Cs.

During our phone conversation, I mentioned that we would try to request a waiver for this fee from our suppliers. However, since you decided to sell the item privately, we were unable to proceed with that request.

We’re truly sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations. Please rest assured that we’ve shared your feedback with our suppliers to help improve such processes in the future.

It was only after I had taken the overalls out for trying out/on - which were too tight around the arms, and was going to return them, that I saw that you wouldn't exchange of refund without the goods being retuned intact in original packaging.

How is one expected to see if something fits without removing them from the original sealed bags?

Please note, it is necessary to remove the item from the sealed bag to try it on.
