Scammers at worst and incompetent at…
Scammers at worst and incompetent at best. They claimed to have sent two separate shipments and none of them managed to get delivered and they actually tried to dispute my bank claims, and would refuse to help with the shipments, telling me that I have to chase them down myself. Never buy from them. They offered credit for the first undelivered shipment which I foolishly accepted and now I can’t charge back because of the credits even though I used them for the second shipment that didn’t get delivered anyway
