Scam company, never sent the bulbs. Tried to call and it’s just an answering a machine. Emailed multiple times with no response. Raising a dispute to get my money back.

Non-existent Customer Service
I ordered 1 LED lightbulb which has failed to turn up. I have emailed customer services and have had no response. I have now opened a case through PayPal (fortunately that is how I paid) 6 days later there is still no response from everything LED. I certainly won't be using this company again.

sorry about the confusion on your order we had sent 3 emails to yourself as the bulb you ordered had been discontinued, it seems as though we must have the wrong email on our system? i have seen all other previous orders have not had any problems in the past, is it possible we had gone into the spam folder. Once again we do apologise for the problems you had.

Thoroughly recommended.
I've used this company twice. They are fast efficient and reasonably priced. I had one issue re delivery - that was not the company's fault - they sorted it out quickly and with very good communications. I will continue using them -they are thoroughly recommended. .
