Great facial
My facialist was amazing. I pretty much fell asleep about 10 mins into the treatment woke up during the extractions but then fell back to sleep during the massage. It's quite difficult to find a facial that does extractions so I'm thrilled I've found one on my doorstep. The only negative was the vast questionnaires I have to fill in when I arrived at the clinic. Not sure why they were emailed to me to fill in at home given I booked on line.

Thank you T'Shanae for the most customer focussed and satisfactory laser facial hair removal I have had since I commenced my package of 6 purchased over a year ago. T'Shanae today was amazing. She was patient, friendly, gave wise advice and instructions, She explained that she joined the Wandsworth branch five months ago. Great service
Great service, I noticed a Hair reduction from the very first session, the technician Who did my service was Zahra, she was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. She ensured she got all the areas done and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about laser hair removal. I would highly recommend.

made it worse on 7th session
on 7th consecutive session (4week each) the hair came back after 5 days as if I never had laser before. The member of staff didn’t hit them properly, how else can it go so wrong?
But she was trying to sell me a new package as the current is running out - but I guess you’ll need to offer me a compensation now. Please get in touch

We completely understand your frustration. Inconsistent results can happen for a few reasons, including hormonal fluctuations or changes in hair growth cycles, but we also take seriously the possibility that the treatment area wasn't covered as thoroughly as it should have been.
