I am sick in bed with a fever. Called to cancel and was told the session will be credited regardless. Should I have gone in with a fever?

Note following reply:
I don’t mean it was credited back to me but rather was informed of the strict 48 hour cancellation policy so they would be taken from my package. I didn’t have a fever until the middle of the night and called at 10.15 (clinic opens at 10) to cancel my 11 o’clock. Not sure how I could have done this sooner.

The service was wonderful. Very attentive and professional.

I had Mesotherapy last Friday and Mary was not only informative and friendly but very professional when doing her work. She knows her job inside out and I felt I was in good hands. I would highly recommend anyone to have this treatment with her.

First time visiting the clinic and I was very pleased with the service from the friendly receptionists to my lovely therapist Ridhi.

She makes you feel very at ease and explains everything as she goes along.

The time flies during the treatment and Ridhi ensures you are ok throughout which was comforting.
