Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. While I was happy with the treatment itself, I was disappointed that the assistant manager, Ayla, had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I found it quite off-putting and, in my opinion, unprofessional for a client-facing role in a skincare clinic. Unfortunately, it affected my overall experience and has made me decide not to return. I hope you take this feedback on board, as I’m sure you want all clients to have a positive experience.

Therapist was great. She was friendly and experienced. A great facial. Thank you.

Front desk service was perfect. I had a few questions when I filled my form and they were very helpful and asked very related questions.
Zahra worked on my face and she was out of this world! So gentle and so professional. She did an extraction and my usually sensitive skin did not go red or inflamated at all. She was very kind and explained me how to take care of my skin. I will return as often as possible. Highly recommend!!!

Customer service is amazing the follow up and products are awesome. Kyrian and all the technicians were absolutely stars

I've booked lesser treatment for lip and chin (in wembley branch) and experienced excellent service from well trained staff.
The results are instant, even after one session I've experienced noticeable reduction in hair growth on the treatment area.
Highly recommended from my side.

I don’t like that the staff doesn’t take in consideration the time of the procedure, they hurry to finish and they waste my sessions. I consider that if they take in consideration the time of the procedures the results will be different than what I have know..

This is the best clinic I ever had in my life , they are all lovely and caring ! I feel very welcome there , highly recommended!! Particularly my skin therapist Nicol Pietrowicz she’s absolutely lovely and caring always do her best , I’m so happy she’s been looking after me all these months and hope years . I loved my therapist

I did not have to wait for a long time before I was attended to. The staff were very polite, and everything about my treatment was well explained to me. Everything was done under 30mins and after care was well explained to me.

It was absolutely perfect the lady who done it for me she did it swiftly and very smoothly. She 100% knew what she was doing I am very very VERY satisfied from her work.

I had a great therapist, who explained the procedure to me, what she was going to do and how it would feel.
Great after care advice given also.
Have booked future treatments with the same therapist due to her professionalism.

Everyone who works here is absolutely lovely and so professional. Their laser machine is really good with in my case fast results and minimal uncomfort.
