I enjoy using this sportsbook — it offers very competitive odds on baseball and a good overall experience. My reason for giving it four stars instead of five is mainly due to the lengthy verification and payout processes.

I prefer to complete the verification before playing, especially since the company operates outside of U.S. jurisdiction. In my case, the verification took about one to two weeks.

The payout process is also a bit slower compared to other sites, typically taking around four business days. For my first withdrawal, it took even longer because the confirmation email was mistakenly routed to my spam folder, causing my request to be canceled and resubmitted. As a result, I had to wait an additional four business days to receive the funds.

Overall, it’s a solid platform, but faster verification and payouts would make the experience even better.

It took 3 weeks to get verified and their customer service won’t help . They make it difficult to withdraw . I’ll take my business elsewhere . 2-3 business wait on crypto withdrawal is terrible

Everygame Casino was one of the first ever online casinos. Been with for 20+ years( under old name intertops).
Pros- games that actually hit good payouts. (They offer 2 different casinos also)
Their chat help is live and they pay out when you win. I usually get paid by check, but they pay in bitcoin also.
Cons- their process on payouts can take a week by check.( faster by bitcoin)
They don't offer immediate debit payout.

Overall an honest and stable casino.

THE BONUSES ARE VERY QUICK AND PROMPNESS IS APPRECIATED BUT VERY SLOW PAYOUTS 7 TO 10 DAYS FOR BOTH MY WITHDRAWLS

I opened an account with Everygame on 10/29/2024. I sent $1372.31 by bitcoin. I lost that money and redeposited $250.39 on 11/6/2024 by bitcoin. I then lost that and redeposited a third time on 12/10/2024 $599.61 by bitcoin.

I started winning and wanted a payout. I had to email front and back of my ID, utility bill and selfie which I did. Several days passed and I emailed them regarding my status. They requested a different utility bill and selfie. This time i sent in my electric bill that my wife added me on and a new selfie. I was then sent an email several days later requesting a bank statement and a new selfie. I sent in a bank statement and new selfie. Then I i was asked again a few days later for a different bank statement and selfie. I went on their live chat to let them know i was frustrated and other sportsbooks had no issues with my id, selfies or utility bill. Live chat agent said I'd simply have to wait longer. I was given a survey after live chat in which i gave them poor scores and said I hope they could expedite my verification. The next morning, they closed my account and confiscated $10,040.05 from me.

Absolute crooks who will not pay you out. I went to start their procedure to make a payout and they asked for documents for verification. I sent them everything they needed. Then they asked for a 2nd set of verification in which I sent as well. Then they replied that they could not verify my account with 2 sets of verification and they opted to close my account and confiscate my winnings with no explanation when ZERO terms were breached. Absolute garbage sportsbook who will do everything in their power to not pay out.

This is and absolute scam in my opinion. They claimed 3 to 5 days for account verification.. What a joke its 7 days now and still nothing. I won quite a bit of money and I know they take their time because when you play again you loose until there is nothing left. Because they sitting on your money that you cannot withdraw until the useless verification department does their job which does not happen. It is not rocket science to verify so don't come with stories about that. You want us to deposit but not pay us! I registered with 3 other Big Casinos and got verified in and hour flat! I spoke to 6 different agents on live chat and all say you must wait sorry sorry.. R18000 was a lot of money for me and I would have played with you allot in future but definitely do not trust you anymore.

The worst place to be , they took two weeks to authenticate my account and when it came to withdrawal , there were only three options lol and they take fee from your winnings . My winnings was 200 and the fee was 70 dollars lol but it still did not approve and asked me to talk to customer service and they suggested another method lol that is check lol it’s a joke I m quitting

Absolute thieves. When I went to request a payout, they gave me security checks and asked for documents. I sent them all and they claimed that they accepted the documents. Then I asked for another payout and they made me do a secondary security review and asked for alternative documents in which I sent and they accepted. Then all of the sudden without any explanation they confiscated my funds and shut down my account. BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY. THEY DO NOT PAY OUT WHEN YOU WIN

After Everygame.eu responded and advised me to reach out directly and I will have my account FURTHER reviewed, I was denied a FURTHER review. Its obvious that they are struggling really hard to respond to these reviews to save face and absolutely LIE about reaching out to FURTHER review my case. Let me remind everyone that my account was verified initially and then when I went for my first payout, they asked for more documents. After I sent more documents, I account was verified again and the documents were accepted again. Then out of the blue they closed my account stating that they reserve the right to close my account at anytime. This is exactly what to expect if you choose to use this website to play. I strongly advise to use a different betting website like Bovada or Betonline. Everygame.eu are the worst thieves I have ever seen. I'm not sure how they are even allowed to operate.

I fully expect sports books to take a week to pay you out when first getting your account verified. However, this took way longer. I withdrew 700 CAD on march 6. After 2 weeks of waiting for my documents to be approved, they finally were on march 21. I then requested a withdraw but was hit with another email 3 days later stating I need more documents. After another 8 days of waiting, they were approved too. Finally received my payout today. 1 month, 2 days after starting the verification process.

They do have good bonuses and if they continue to pay, I will still play here. I would suggest you verify yourself ahead of time to speed up the process.

Scammers, I sent all documentation to them and they replied to me that I could deposit and withdraw with no problem. After I made the deposit they sent another email telling "there was a problem with my documentation". That originated from a problem in their sign up proccess. Took me 2 weeks with slow answers before everything was ok. Decided that they werent trustywothy and tried to withdraw my funds. They just proved my point: they stopped it telling me I needed $55 of net rake. I asked them where was this written in the website: it is not, completely made up so people can't withdraw their funds. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!
