I’ve been purchasing from this company since last year and have been VERY PLEASED with this company.
The quality of the products have always been top notch. I really can’t find fault with this company.
I’ve never had a problem, and if I needed a question asked they responded promptly!

My order with them on Catch.com.au was delayed by a week and then cancelled for no reason

Ordered from this company and never received my order even though it said delivered. Another scam company. And to check the box doesn't mean anything.

I order a per printed bsby elephant disk and the cloth was plain and the pattern I cannot read wasted my money on this kit

to treat senior citizens this way is very poor business
they have lost me as a customer. I have ordered paintings from other companies and had no problems. So good by EVERYDAYDEALS.

Placed an order the other day at 1:27pm and realized I needed to cancel the order. Sent the email at 1:36pm to cancel. They claim I can't as it's been shipped. Yeah sure. There is no way the order was shipped within 9 minutes particularly when it takes 3 weeks to get your order. I've also received an order that was missing diamonds and have been waiting 4 weeks to receive them.
This company operates in bad faith and is not concerned about customer retention let alone their reputation.
They don't deserve any orders.

BUYER BEWARE AT ALL COSTS!! Tried to return item. They ripped in the charges so dumped it in trash. Extendable ladder for RV. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

So I ordered various cross stitches from here for my mum as this is what she wanted for her birthday. Quality was very poor. When she was doing them she ran out of cotton half way through. She ordered more from amazon and the DMC numbers do not match. I contacted customer service expressing my concerns and how unhappy I was and they was not helpful at all. My advice DO NOT order from these.

Terrible quality. Can't seem to find a way to return the items. Opened a dispute with PayPal but they don't seem to care either. £35 down the drain 🙄 go to Amazon for stuff like this!!!

20 days after ordering, my order still has not been processed despite it usually taking 1-3 days. Contacted them, they told me one item I ordered was out of stock. Did not say which or how long it would take to be back in stock. All my items still available on the website, I asked them to cancel my order as it sounds like scam. Opened a case on PayPal at the same time. Next day I get an email, they now have the item back in stock but staff shortage die to the pandemic (3 years in now) and it will take longer, THEY ASKED ME TO CLOSE THE PAYPAL CASE. Basically giving up on all my rights and losing my money. This is a highly scam tactic besides I was right within the right to cancel
Do not order and especially do not use any other payment method than PayPal.

I ordered a product which was a wrong item and the quantity was different, i tried many times to contact the customer care. At last the call connected they told me the delivery boy will pick the item and the refund will be done within hour. This site is fake

I have ordered 45-00 worth of diamond art it has not arrived they are saying it’s been delivered then they ask for review they are saying I didn’t order from them I have proof I did going to my bank tomorrow to claim my money back do not order from these

Never received my order, emailed customer services they said the courier attempted to deliver, they never did, told me to contact local post office, they know nothing of this. There was no card posted so no idea where it is. Emailed customer services again they are now ignoring me. Don’t use this company

I contacted to company regarding non delivery of an order. They investigated for ne and reissued the order. That arrived within 5 days. Excellent customer service

Never received my order from this company, customer service is rude, and they wouldn't refund my money, they said it was shipped, I told them never received it and they told me"not our problem" check with postal service what a joke, they're SCAMMERS IT WAS OVER A 100.00 ORDER

Product short on diamonds 3/4 way complete, for 6.99 the company has spent over a month negotiating with me with complete disregard for my time spent installing all of the diamonds on this art, I am beyond upset will not buy another product from this company after buying no less than 25 pieces from them. Their customer service simply sucks
