Natalie and Craig have made letting our flat on Airbnb completely effortless. From helping us secure a temporary Fringe application to obtaining a permanent licence, they’ve handled every step with expertise and care. They’re also incredibly responsive when guests need support at unexpected moments, which gives us real peace of mind. On top of all that, they’re genuinely lovely people which only enhances how exceptional they are at what they do. We’re hugely grateful for everything they’ve done, and continue to do, for us.

I was very wary of getting anyone to help with my place when I’m not around, but from the first phone call Natalie really put my mind at ease. Natalie and Craig have every bit as much attention to detail as I do, and are the only people I would now trust to look after my flat. I don’t know what I would do without them!

We had an excellent experience with Natalie and Craig managing our flat. They were consistently professional, helpful, and efficient.
Communication was always a strong point, they were quick to respond to messages from both us and our guests. From Natalie's helpful initial assessment to Craig's practical assistance when an issue arose, we always felt well-supported.

She happily answered any questions we had and accomodated all of our needs as well as organising everything while we were away. Natalie and Craig are fantastic. Having never let my flat out through a management company before I didn’t know what to expect but it has been so smooth. Natalie responds to guests so quickly and Craig is brilliant for handiwork jobs that come up. They’re a great team and my guest reviews reflect that. Living in a different to the flat you need someone you can trust and they are exactly that. We are 6 months in and I hope to working with Natalie and Craig for a very long time!

Natalie and co. were fantastic. From supporting with setting up our ST licence, sharing advice on lockbox positioning, responding to guests within minutes without fail, to coming round to the flat very last minute when guests had issues with our lock or wanted extra towels.
We completely trusted you to keep things running whilst we were away which we can’t thank you enough for, especially with different time zones.

Natalie is a pleasure to work with. I’m a new STL owner and she has been fantastic and helping me set it up, provide advice and ideas. I looked around when I got my short term license and was dismayed to see how the bigger STL companies list out tons of little add-on prices for every variable and incident. It just didn’t seem like they wanted to be helpful. Couldn’t be more different with Natalie and Craig. Their pricing is straightforward, they are always one step ahead and quickly qualified my flat for superhost status. It was such a relief not to have to double check their work as I knew they were not only looking after my guests really well, but looking after my flat too. Thoroughly recommend.
