I was looking for a simple program to be able to send documents to clients for signing and I explored a few of the popular ones until I came across Xodo Sign.

Xodo Sign was very simple to use, it allowed me to put in a password so that the email with the documents can be protected and most of all the cost was only $8/mth for unlimited sends. I immediately signed up for the free version to check it out and I was very impressed.

Having used other online e-signing platforms in the past, I can honestly say that it’s been a really simple, straightforward process, as the interface is clear, easy to navigate & edit. the esign platform is easy to navigate and like that fact is comes from my email name versus the company name, the customer will open the email open more so than not, that reduces my contact with the customer to let them know the email will be coming from another platform.

Definitely changed the way we do business. It streamlined our business process and made it more efficient. Further, Xodo Sign took the burden off of having to physically have a person or multiple person sign documents. The best part is being able to upload older documents that we need signatures on by just adding a signature block and sending it for digital signing.
