I’ve always had a great experience with Evermed. Their communication is excellent - replies are super quick, clear and genuinely helpful. Mary in particular has been amazing: supportive, responsive and actually takes the time to sort things properly.

I’ve used other medicine delivery services before and had issues like emails going unanswered and prescriptions being sent to the wrong place.

The only downside is the shipping fee, which is higher than some other services that offer free delivery. That said, the reliability and customer service have made it worth it for me but it would be great if shipping fee was reduced.

Easy ordering plus express delivery

I live in a small, remote town with the nearest pharmacy being a 30 min drive from me. Evermed was absolutely amazing, fast delivery and professional labelling and packaging. It is a lifesaver for me as I don’t have a drivers license. Thank you Evermed.

Meds never arrive and they take NO responsibility. Meanwhile you need your meds urgently! They are greedy business people who just refer you to terms and conditions! AVOID Evermed.

Just today, I needed copies of a year's worth of receipts for a private health claim, and Mary from Evermed responded in less than an hour. She sent through all my receipts and gave me a courtesy call immediately after I confirmed what I needed.
