It's nice when you don't have insurance to be able to test at home. A lot more affordable than going to the doctor to get the same results.

I took the food sensitivity test, and it's a total scam. The results showed that I had mild to severe sensitivity to 30% of the 155 foods tested. Throwing a dart at a list of the foods would have been just as insightful...and much less expensive.
But more than that, I figured out what I was sensitive to in the month between ordering the test and getting my results (I had to have a second testing kit sent when the first one didn't arrive). Surprise, surprise: the thing I eliminated from my diet wasn't on the list from Everlywell.

I think there was a liquid in that tube that was not supposed to come out, but I didn't know that and it accidentally spilled out because I didn't even know it was in there unsecured.

The instructions were clear and addressed any issues one might have with the testing. Then the results came in the timeframe expected. And, best of all, I was able to learn of some foods to which I had an intolerance that I didn't ever think to consider. Very helpful.

Spent money and have received no rep

THe test was difficult for me to perform because one of the lancets was not viable and I couldn't get anymore blood, which required a second puncture, but I had already used the viable lancet. I had to send in the test and hope there was enough blood on the circles to process. There wasn't enough and I had to be sent a second test for processing.

I use the Everlywell service to monitor my lipid and cholesterol levels. Prior to Everlywell I was going to an area lab to do this monitoring. It was way more costly to do this and involved a fairly significant drive from where I live. I love that I can do this quickly from home and get my numbers in just a couple of days.

Simple easy instructions fast results and without any lab or Doctor I can order what I wanted

All kits have come on time and fast. Lab results have posted before the dates that they have promised. Results have been accurate

This is the easiest way to keep track of my health. There are so many important tests that insurance won't cover more than once per year. I like that I don't have to go to a lab for a blood draw. The instructions and videos are helpful, and the process is easy.

Easy to use, both in terms of the administration of the test and the online portal to navigate your results. Results came back pretty quickly.

Doesn't give enough specific details about what I'm allergic or sensitive to

Cannot locate a way to contact a live representative to inform them that the lancets furnished for the food sensitivity test would not draw sufficient blood. The seem to deliberately prevent customers from reaching support. The site has no direct customer support process. Not recommended.

Everything was easy and straightforward! From gathering the samples, shipping and getting the results. It's nice to have an insight on my health this way without going to the doctors office.

Test instructions were easy to understand and accompanying video was helpful. Great turnaround time for a mailed test. Test results easy to understand. The inclusion of next steps is helpful to patients who may not know what to do next on their own.

Affordable, accessable, discreet, convenient...why wouldn't you use everlywell?

I was so excited for this but it just really didn't show me much. I know I have a coconut sensitivity and it didn't even pop up as a factor. Just thought I would learn more!

I took the comprehensive food sensitivity test and the metabolism test, and I found both to be frustrating.
Food test - I have had a scallop allergy/high sensitivity since I was a child. Whenever I eat it, I cannot digest it, and have a horrible stomach reaction. Since adulthood, this same reaction has presented itself with conch, oysters and the most recent, lobster - which is what lead me to take the test. NONE of these things, except for a very specific type of oyster showed a food sensitivity. I literally can't eat these things without being in horrible pain for hours to days, and it showed up as nothing.
Now, the metabolism test - the instructions weren't thorough. I took the test in the evening and did everything by the printed instructions, only to see AFTER I did my test on a digital instruction, that it is best to do this test in the morning, before eating or drinking. I just wish the instructions were the same information across the board. Not sure if that made my test result different or not.
This all being said, I spent a good amount on these tests and I don't feel like it is worth the money.

Had the allergy test. Came back no allergies but I have several known allergies. Thankfully not life threatening. Do not remember the date.

I’ve been using Everlywell at-home test kits, specifically the Women’s Health Kit, for three years now. These kits provide an excellent baseline and valuable annual insights into fluctuations and changes that aren’t typically covered in my insurance-provided annual exams. The tests are simple to use, the instructions are clear, and I appreciate being able to access my results online anytime.
