I have been using this rope for more than a year now and have waited a long time for some firmware update. This rope is the worst for counting jumps. It's always off by more than 500-600 jumps in a 30 mins span. You can see the jump rate on the screen go down drastically every now and then despite you maintaining a consistent pace. Even my Garmin watch has better accuracy than this rope.. I'm not sure what is causing this, may be the bluetooth connectivity, or the sensors themselves. Pairing in itself is a nightmare.

I have rarely experienced such good and efficient customer service. I made a mistake in my order. I was looked after by Fabian and he did a really good job finding me a solution. Very satisfied!

Fabian was very helpful in solving an issue with my jumprope handles. He handled it very swiftly.

The product I received got some minor defects. The team sent me a replacement and an explanation in just a few hours. The problem was then solved better and faster than expected.

After 4 month of intense usage, i can tell that nothing justify such a high price. The bearing started to get rusty (140€, expected better). The app is very expensive and is crashing a lot on Iphone 12. Reset the count to 0 if you lock or change app. Can’t even display a timer because you have to pay for this feature…
In the end, the ropes are good, but you can find the same for much cheaper…

Two items were missing in the pack I received. I wrote in the morning and received an answer less than 2 hours later. Fabian was able to locate one of the missing items (stuck in customs) and promised he would send the second one right away. Very much appreciated the reactivity and honesty of my contact. I already used the app and today will try my new handles. Can’t wait! 😊

Everjump ropes are fantastic well made & designed rope. I thought I would try something closer to home when it came to jump ropes. I'm very pleased with the customer services also all the staff were polite & helpful even prior to me purchasing the set of ropes. I purchased all 6 ropes & I must say I am not disappointed! Great quality jumping ropes. The app keeps me on track too. Sometimes a bit too hard :)

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. Bearings after 4 times of use started to be problematic. From the support I got only the suggestion to use some lubricating oil. For 140€ I expect better quality and better support. Better experience with the competition.
The ropes are still doing their job but do not justify the cost.

I own many ropes and these really stand out as the quality & design is so good. It feels like they have put a lot of effort in making these as the handles are super comfortable and grippy and the bearings are frictionless. I love the app as it helps with my workouts too.

I've got the Melt Set with white, yellow and blue rope plus the black rope. I Starter a few weeks ago and until now I didn't dare to use the black one 😁, because as beginner I want to increase the level slowly. From rope to rope you really feel the weight differences and the black one ist a real challenge, I think 😊
Ropes are easy to change. I also use the evermat pro+ and my knees, feet and neighbours are thankful, I'm sure 😄
I have got no experience with others ropes but as I'm completely satisfied with the Everjump products, service and also the app with many kind of workouts I recommend Everjump without restrictions.
