We’d like to clarify that there is a standard process for delivery-related issues like this, and we are actively working through it with the courier. Once a package is handed over, the final delivery — including timing (such as delivery on a public holiday) — is managed by the local courier.
That said, this does not mean we are stepping away from the situation. We are actively investigating with the courier to confirm delivery details and next steps. These cases can require coordination and verification on both sides, which is why there may be some delays in providing a final resolution.

Good products with affordable prices
I ordered some World Cup 2026 keychains and T-Shirts for my family members’ birthday presents . Although my order was delivered very late but the products are good - kind of high quality - with the affordable prices.
Moreover, I have helpful chats with Michelle about my order’s T-Shirt color-size changes and delivery. Michelle answered me promptly and helpful.
And, they are offering discounts for new customers and VIP, so, I’m going to order more with them!

Order cancelled by Everful and additional shipping charge added
Having made a large order I received free shipping and a delivery date slot. Approaching that date I called them to check all was in order - they told me it was. Then another week passed, including my delivery date, and the order was cancelled by them due to an apparent logistics issue. However at the same time they said I could reorder the items but this time with a £90 delivery charge. When I called and complained I was offered 10% off this delivery charge. So having wasted 4 weeks for my items they would not honour my purchase.

Worst experience with Everful
Worst experience with Everful, order has not been received, its past due delivery date. The customer service do not really help except for apologizing and keep on providing vague updates when asked on whatsapp support. They never provide firm updates on deliveries, upon persuading them they finally told that the shipment is stuck in customs and may take several days. This is not the only order that i have placed from this company in the states, i have placed many orders from different merchants in the states and have never faced any issues with delivery estimates customs included. I will not recommend ordering from these guys, you are better off finding different suppliers. Do not be tempted from cheap prices, their post order service is garbage despite paying off so much in freight charges.

Since the order has already been shipped and is still in transit, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel and refund at this stage, as it is expected to be delivered.

I ordered ~400 notebooks from Everful Wholesale and the entire shipment had visible defects. The products were not at all usable for resale.
After I raised the issue, and provided photos as evidence of the damaged books, they offered a 30% refund, then 50% — without requiring returns. After I provided more photos, they suddenly changed their terms and demanded additional proof and return shipping at my expense before issuing any refund!
This inconsistency is a major red flag, especially for bulk orders.
Based on my experience:
Poor quality across the entire order
Refund terms changed after being offered
Difficult and unreliable resolution process
Also worth noting: this supplier appears to have previously operated under the name “Factory Price Jewelry.”
Proceed with caution!!

We’d like to clarify a few important points for transparency. This was a large-volume order (~400 units), and in cases like this, our policy requires us to verify the extent of any reported issues so we can determine appropriate resolution.
We did receive photos, but they were limited to a small portion of the order while the claim was that the entire shipment was affected. Without broader verification, we’re unable to confirm that all units had defects. Even so, we made multiple attempts to resolve this amicably, including offering up to a 60% refund without requiring additional photos or a return as a goodwill resolution.
When a higher refund was requested (75%), we were unable to proceed without sufficient evidence confirming the full scope of the issue, as this falls outside what we can reasonably approve without verification.
Our goal is always to be fair and consistent, especially with larger orders, and we’re always willing to provide compensation when issues can be confirmed. We remain open to reviewing any additional documentation if you’d like us to reassess further.
We are also very transparent on the rebrand as we have expanded to more categories now and no longer only carry jewelry, which can be found on our website https://www.everfulwholesale.com/about-us
