I am also disappointed with this company. I have been waiting 74 days and counting for a delivery from them. I have contacted them on several occasions, received replies which were unhelpful up until my last communication where I asked for a refund, I have received no reply to date and no refund.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Everable. It has now been 66 days since I placed my order, and I still have not received it or had my refund resolved.
I was originally advised that delivery would take 15 business days. When my order failed to arrive, I contacted Everable multiple times requesting updates and eventually a refund. Despite sending multiple messages, I have received no response.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Everable's website states that enquiries will be answered within 48 hours. This has not been my experience whatsoever.
Their website also states that customers will receive a refund if their order has not arrived within 45 days. That timeframe has now passed by 21 days, and I am still chasing my money with absolutely no communication or resolution.
I have been more than patient, but this complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company for an order that has not arrived or for a refund that should already have been addressed.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Everable. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope the company takes responsibility for resolving the issue.
