Event Travel gave me the wrong bus stop pick up point ! Fortuitously I was 15 minutes early and saw the coach go down another road to a different bus stop. Total lack of coordination between the company, the driver and the customer. The driver was excellent, when I queried the pick up point he told me this was the correct stop for his next pick up. Being local I agreed with him. The company needs to get its act together.

4 of us travelled from Brighton to Wembley for women’s cup final. The coach was comfortable and the driver was very good. There were limited pick ups which was a bonus. We would use this firm again

After years of frustration driving and parking to watch football matches, I decided to try Bus and Coach travel to matches.

I’ve not used you guys before. The original on line booking process was easy to follow. The emails from you were short and precise, (we don’t like loads of nonsense), the “get on the bus” process was well organised by Darren who was calm and confident. The coach was immaculate and the toilet was clean and worked although there could be signs for the flush and tap use buttons. Our driver Matt was very pleasant and his driving was excellent. We may have lost the match but we won when choosing Seagull travel for our journey.
I look forward to the next trip
